A nice new hotel… but not sure it can maintain as I see the Resto start poorly maintained…
The room comes with free Tea Break.. but was serve crackers, coffee or tea… no cakes or pastries…
The toilet was small…
The breakfast was ok but slow in replenishing… we go there around 9am and many items gone and not replenish fast… maybe poor management of staff or kitchen… it sure can be better…
Breakfast I ordered half boil egg… but given Hard Boil eggs… training needed…
Must try their fried rice order beside the egg station… for me and my son… taste good…
There is a Indomaret equivalent 7-11 near hotel…
Near many seafood restaurant but I won’t eat there as they like to cheat on weigh of seafood…. I ever visit Wxx Wxx Seafood Restaurant… many people there but … I ever ordered a crab 700g but they wrote 1.4kg… after complaining… they dishonestly dish out dead crab… if you are rich enough and like to be con… go ahead…

Newly opened hotel, less than 6 months old.
Room is cleaned, spacious and affordable for the price.
Downside is the breakfast buffet. Highly recommended!

A new small cosy Hotel walkable to harbour bay. Good enough for a short stay, although the location is not near to the shopping area but grab is cheap in batam and they provide free shuttle to nagoya mall at 11 am.

The best hotel ever!
Although it is not a fancy hotel, the staff, food, service was one of the best.
All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast buffet got varsity of food and taste not bad!

Hotel clean, food spread for breakfast acceptable, taste is not bad, price is worth it. Not too far from nagoya, batam center etc. Grab easy to get and go around places..

New Hotel and everything is fresh and new.I was there on friday afternoon.Had b’fast on Saturday morning and impress with the basic variaties as there was not much guest as turnover is slow. But come Sunday and the occupancy is full the repleninshment of b’fast buffet is slow and theres no one checking the buffet to make sure that the buffet item is replenish.Overal Im happy with my stay and staff are very friendly and approachable.Will definitely come back👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

It's a new hotel just opened 2 weeks ago. Service was excellent and staff were super friendly and accommodating. Towels are fluffy and felt fresh. Hopefully in future the hotel can provide more varieties of food for breakfast.

Hotel is nearer to Harbour bay ferry terminal 5min walking distance. Hotel provided shuttle services to Nagoya and Grand Batam. Room is clean and quite spacious. Will come back again
