Super 6 Inn & Suites Baton Rouge

This motel was absolutely disgusting. We weren’t refunded our money. We DID NOT stay. The pictures that are online do not reflect the actual motel. Giving this motel 1 star is rating them too high.

Hotel was in a bad area. The premise was filthy. There was trash on the walks of the hotel. The pool was not cleaned to be utilized. The room had lights that did not work. The tub and toilet was NOT CLEANED. I had to go to Wal Greens to get sanitary cleaners in order to use the toilet and shower. There were no other hotels available so I had to stay the night and I had paid a non refundable outrageous amount for “this” hotel. It had street walkers everywhere. But we survived the stay. I also bought bedding from the nearby Dollar store so we could sleep in the beds. Hotel rating… -0.

The room was a disaster. Roachs running around at night, shower rod falling down, graffiti on the walls and night stand, no smoke alarm, vent in bathroom pushed in, toilet seat dirty needs to be replaced, no refrigerator, wood floors were dirty, pool water was black with algae, no spare towels, other rooms around mine were boarded up, other rooms had broken windows which did not seem safe. Charged $60 per night I would have requested a refund if I was not on a bicycle trip.

WORSE HOTEL TEXAS ROOM & BATH FULL ROACHES

You are not allowed to have any company in your room which was unrealistic being I was from the area. The laundry room smelled like urine and the microwave used in the lobby by all guests was filthy.

I Came to Visit Family So When I Got In My Room I Showered & Left When I Came Back I Pulled Back My Sheets And There Were Bloos Stains On My Sheet I Asked If I Could Have Clean Ones The Man Told Me No Said That I Should Have Came 5 mins Within Check In , None Of the Small Lamps Work , & My Toilet Kept Stopping Up I Had to Plung It Like 3x Throught the Night

The toilet didn't work. The icebox was full of old food and not plugged up. No wall cover over the light plugs. Was dirty. No tv Beds looked like they never washed the covers. Management didn't care about any of it. It was overall trashy place.

I was told that I needed to call ******* and talk to them because they had no booking under my name. Then they asked me what price I paid for my reservation and he told me yeah that’s the problem I didn’t pay enough and that ******* would refund my money. I tried to show him my confirmation number and receipt and everything, even called the number from the listing and spoke to him on the phone while standing in person. Terrible experience especially given every other hotel was sold out and then having to drive to New Orleans and spend even more money on a hotel

I've NEVER in my life been to such a nasty hotel! I seriously can't believe ******* keeps them on their site. The 1st red flag should have been the NO REFUNDS sign posted on check in window. There was nothing to be liked about this place!!! 2 minutes into check in process fire alarms on every floor starting going off. (My best guess after seeing our room was someone caught the bed on fire with a cigarette.) Our original room was on the backside of the hotel.... IF THOSE WALLS COULD TALK.... approximately half of the windows were busted out on the backside....some boarded up, some NOT! As soon as we rounded the corner we knew we weren't actually going to spend the night, but I needed a place to change my clothes for concert. After lugging our suitcase upstairs, the key card wouldn't work (the batteries were dead in the card reader, but no one could comprehend what I was saying after I walked BACK to the office so they just gave us another room.) We spent roughly 15 minutes in the room and checked out. I didn't argue with these people about a refund as I was about to fulfill a bucket list item and didn't want my night ruined. I will gladly provide pics if there is an option for that!!!
