I would like to thank the staff for everything they had done for me and my wife after I mad a awful mistake that is to embarrassing to go into ... all I can say is they literally made sure I was not going to be let down and time ruined by going above and beyond anything they needed to do to make my stay a beautiful one after my error ......the food was lovely and also everything was as it was in the pictures if not better something to see for yourself should you go ahead and book a stay .......

We had the most lovely one night stay in this beautiful hotel, stunning grounds, marvellous bedroom, relaxation in the spa and a wonderful vitality trea**ent. The food and all the staff were excellent. We hope to return soon.

My wife and I stayed at Homewood for her birthday, from the moment we arrived the service was excellent, we carried our bags to the reception, looked around and they were gone!, taken to the room, from the moment the service was attentive without being intrusive, we did the recommended walk and was out for 4 hours as we took the longer route and it was breath-taking, the food at the location is great, I like the music changes during the day though I would suggest streaming Soma Fm Groove Salad in the garden during the day as some great ambient chill out would work really well, but the Ibiza Beats were ok, We will be returning for sure, Highly recommended. Other facilities: * Spa * Trea**ents * Saunas * Pool * Steam * Rooms with private facilities

- poor service - thin walls - lack of professionalism in room/ table allocation - many pushbacks on requests (room, table, special occasion) Not worth it. Much cheaper and nicer hotels with better amenities and service in the area

A lovely and quaint hotel in idyllic surroundings, but well over priced. £300 for one night which was an uncomfortable one due to a noisy air vent and leaking pipes. Restaurant very expensive for food which was good but not worth £290 for 2 adults. And to top up the price even more they charged us for postage as I left a hot water bottle in the room. As if we hadn't paid enough! The cocktail bar was absolutely lovely and the decor and artwork was beautiful. Cocktails were stunning. Not sure I'd rush back for another visit mind, due to everything being so overpriced. I'd expect real top notch for the money we paid.

We enjoyed a lovely three night break; the staff really care, the rooms are really beautifully appointed. Whilst the spa and its facilities are trea**ents are superb.

Just had lunch at Homewood for my daughters birthday and it was perfect in every way , food was great and the location wonderful but a special mention of the staff , all of whom were very friendly and very efficient and good at their jobs all of which went toward a perfect celebration. Thank you
