We were NOT able to stay as the owners/operators refused access to the Cliffside Loft. They refused to reveal the code for the key box. They claimed it had been cancelled (it had not), later changing the story to it had been cancelled by them on a technicality and later still that it had been double booked. However, they had NOT contacted us, NOT informed us of any cancellation. It cost us over £1000 to get last minute alternative accommodation. DO NOT DEAL with the owners of the Cliffside Loft. They operate a rip off scam and operate hiding behind a phone bank in the Philippines.

Great property in the centre of Bath. Someone else had parked in our free parking space unfortunately, but we were still able to park off road for free. Also, no key fob in the property for the external gate, but we were helpfully shown how to overcome this. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
