In the area I wanted to be. Comfortable with the facilities you would expect.
Main road outside was quite busy, so traffic noise evident early in the morning.
Men talking early (6:30) right outside the front of the building.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very hot with no thermostat to turn the radiator off. The shower was good.

Thought it a bit odd that this was listed as a 4 star hotel when it was a 2 star at best. It was, however, alright for the price; it was a bit old and could use some updating. There was a bit of the flooring in bathroom that almost gave way when I stepped on it. The room definitely didn’t reflect the one I chose on *******.

Room was clean and warm (heating on in October) and beds are comfy albeit the room itself was 'dated' and window in need of repair. Otherwise ok.

The room was nothing like the picture the room looked glorious airey bright really nice we had a room which was very old the shower was a ni**are to much pressure so flys around everywhere we had plastic cups to have a cup of tea we had one pillow each we had a room at the back of the hotel and looked out onto a rubbish corner wasn’t nice at all the staff were Lovely which did ease the experience!!

Lovely friendly staff
Room was beautiful for the price
very quiet slept like a log
Only thing that was missing was shower gel/shampoo as i thought they might have little bottles of it available.
