Todo muy aseado , el desayuno ok , falta como más trabajo en equipo para que todo el personal tenga la misma información , o que tengan información . Unos saben y otros no . No había señal de tv . No había caja de seguridad que para mi es súper importante . Hay mejores hoteles en Barranquilla por menor precio .

Very nice hotel! The service was excellent and the staff always responded with great service and a smile.
The pool area was often in the shadow, and the pool was designed for adults, not for kid’s play.

It said the staff was supposed to be bilingual and speak English too. That was not my experience but luckily my GF is from Barranquilla and communicated for me.

Everything was great specially Sandy was very polite and helpful. Only thing to note is parking was a little tricky and sometimes the sec would take long to open

The staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms definitely need a little maintenance. A lot of broken wood and the shower drains very slow leaving you standing in the dirt you just washed off.

The Breakfast was excellent, The room was clean, bed are super comfortable. Pool needs cleaning. I have pictures of how dirty it was.
