The property was nice all employees were very helpful. I didn’t like checkout because my stay was paid through ******* and the front desk said that ******* did not pay the room amount in which it quoted me. I paid $190 more

The included breakfast was impressive on the choices and flavors. All kinds of fruits, omelet, meats, juices, etc...it was a full buffet of fresh food and freshly prepared items all the way...I would book again just for the breakfast...

They don't respect *******'s terms. Change the rules for pay terms, the front desk people are not prepared to offer a real cause for bad practices.
Unfortunately, a hot season produces bad decisions in the management team. The Bon Voy program using the ******* platform doesn't work, The Gold level is the same as Cero. More than US$1000 was paid and no points, no better service, nothing.
Great localization, nice rooms, and super breakfast, but unfortunately bad training and taking advantage with poor excuses erode all the good things.
