Cabin III: Dirty hydro massage bathtub: Dirt ring around the perimeter of tub, jets hardware and drain dirty with rust and mold looking residues Bathroom glass door dirty Toilet has dirt ring around the perimeter. Bathroom floor dirty and stained Shower door dirty. Wood flooring at entrance to shower broken creating a potential foot injury.

I purchased travel insurance because there was a huge chance for issues. Sure enough the airline canceled the flight within 24 hours of booking and the property kept saying cancel is possible but we had to do other steps. We followed the steps and more steps elsewhere were given to the point we were sent to a dead end.

My cousin and I came and stayed here for 2 nights after staying in Rio for 4 nights. This hotel is about an hour out of the city and is the location and setting of the hotel once you get here is spectacular. Vincent the general manager is great, so helpful, goes out of his way to help you make plans in the area, he also speaks perfect English, as well as a handful of other languages. The breakfasts in the hotel are great, as well as a good lunch and dinner menu. I don't think it really matters what room you stay in as they all have a fantastic view out towards the ocean. Also I would like to make special mention of Nikki, Vincents wife, and also Ramon who mans the front desk/concierge, both very helpful people. If you are going to be in Rio de Janeiro, then make the hour trip and stay here for a few days also.

Great hotel, staff and restaurant. Breakfast is wonderful and view is really nice, including turtle watching. You can hike to the Telégrafo and that is really cool. There is a small beach nearby. If you mostly want to stay “in” this is a great place!

We rented all 7 rooms for a week this July to have our family (10 adults and 6 children) together when our youngest son married his Brazilian wife at a magical place, the Meio do Mato, close by. It could not have worked out more perfectly. First of all, the staff under the leadership of Vincent and Nikki was very personable and doing everything to accommodate our wishes. Furthermore, all 7 rooms were perfect and looked out on the swimming pool below and the ocean beyond. The hotel is not directly on the beach, but either a short swim (across a narrow estuary) or a brief walk away. There are many more beaches to explore and Ubers are quickly available and cheap. The restaurant is very good. Individual plates are very generous, and we quickly learned to arrange for family-style dinners with Vincent and the kitchen staff. Moreover, Barra de Guaratiba has many more restaurants within walking distance. What more to say? A perfect score!

My wife and I loved our night stay here. Swimming off the dock in the morning and watching the turtles was just wonderful! We both thought the food was good including the breakfast. It’s an older place so if you’re expecting super new and modern then please temper expectations. Wi-Fi was decent and the rooms plenty spacious. Enjoy this stay for what it is because it’s awesome! @nothin_but_views

Wir haben die Unterkunft im Dezember 2023 persönlich besucht und mussten leider feststellen, dass die online verfügbaren Informationen zu diesem Hotel nicht der Realität entsprechen. Das Gebäude ist deutlich über 15 Jahre alt und die im Internet gezeigten Bilder sind veraltet. Zahlreiche Mängel wurden von uns bemerkt, welche den Aufenthalt beeinträchtigen. Das Essen war zufriedenstellend, konnte jedoch die vor Ort vorgefundenen Zustände nicht kompensieren. Nach einer Übernachtung haben wir uns entschieden, das Hotel zu verlassen. Die Möbel waren abgenutzt, Auflagen zerbrochen und Vordächer notdürftig mit Panzerband repariert. Insgesamt war die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft nicht zufriedenstellend. Die Bilder im Internet entsprechen nicht der Wirklichkeit. Ich hatte über eine Miles and More-Seite gebucht und bis heute keine Rückerstattung erhalten, noch wird das Hotel korrekt auf deren Webseite dargestellt. Zusammenfassend ist dieses Hotel lediglich für Backpacker geeignet, die einfache Verhältnisse suchen.

Já havia me hospedado outras vezes no Le Relais de Marambaia, sempre excelente. Entretanto, nessa minha talvez ultima hospedagem me decepcionei com o atendimento e conforto. Meu quarto teve problema com ar condicionado , solicitei reparo e ou ajuda por algumas vezes, vieram ao meu quarto, reconheceram o calor e alegaram por eu ter escolhido o quarto de dois andares( a cama era próxima ao teto), que por sinal é o quarto mais caro do hotel, o sol bate a tarde e realmente tem que esperar o anoitecer para o ar refrescar o quarto, mas descansar a tarde realmente não daria, tendo eu que me deitar no chao do primeiro andar. Mesmo no anoitecer, o quarto não gelava. Ficou por isso mesmo, pedi educadamente que o hotel entrasse em contato comigo para eu relatar p gerente minha insatisfação, garantiram que aa gerente me ligaria. Nada.
Deixo então minha insatisfação com o hotel que sempre curti e pretendia continuar indo através dessa mensagem, mesmo não tendo a esperança de servir de nada. Azar o meu.

A experiência foi um pouco decepcionante, pois nem papel higiênico havia no banheiro. O café da manhã super restrito e reduzido, os itens ficavam na cozinha e pouca coisa exposta para nos servirmos somente alguns pães, pouca quantidade de frutas, tínhamos que pedir para trazerem ovo frito e os frios, suco somente de laranja, poucas opções. Custo-benefício não compensa, a vista do mar é maravilhosa, mas o serviço, sem água quente no banho e papel higiênico no banheiro, mesmo pedindo para a reposição, não fomos atendidos. Realmente nem em lugares mais simples passamos por isso! :/ A noite não tem nenhuma opção tb, tivemos que sair para comer em outro bairro. Só a vista do mar e sol compensou mesmo,mas pelo valor da diária saiu caro!
