Travelling for a short visit. Friendly staff and an overall welcoming experience. There's sometimes noises and smoke coming from the 6-lane road traffic nearby. But it is really close to Hendon Central Station and Brent Cross Shopping Centre. The room was clean and well furnished. L'occitane shower gel & shampoo were provide. Overall satisfactory.

room was great. small but well equiped, quiet as requested. excellent showers that actually work. warm and very comfortable bed.. couldnt use restaurant as staying for hospital operation.

酒店在家附近，給父母來倫敦期間定了這個酒店，兩個人都很滿意。離地鐵很近，房間裏配有小冰箱，和歐舒丹的洗護用品，每天都有人打掃房間添補水和零食。早餐精緻，並且服務人員都很熱情 性價比很高！還會再訂的～

The Hide is a superb small hotel with a lovely group of staff who on all my visits (for business travel) have been absolutely lovely. They are polite, helpful and go out of their way to make me feel well looked after. I also travel alone a lot and this hotel is one where as a woman on her own I feel secure both in my room and in and about the hotel which is why whenever I am in this area of London this will be my first choice of place to stay. On my most recent visit the lovely lady who looked after me (Ilknur) was just terrific and the hotel should be proud of the way she looked after their guests.

The team were so very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The heating in the room (24) was stuck on high but this was sorted out straight away.
The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the underground station where you are straight on the northern line so great for getting into London.
In the room there is a hairdryer, safe, toiletries and kettle. Plenty of drinks including water and hot chocolate.
Overall I would highly recommended this hotel.
