This is our third time staying at Best Western Garstang. The room got a nice view. As usual, we have a quiet room, warm and cosy. A comfy night again.

2 night stay to visit relatives.
Staff are friendly and helpful, we enjoyed breakfast which offered a good spread of cooked and continental choices. We also had evening meal which was reasonably priced and tasty.
The building is dating a little now, and while everywhere was warm, clean and tidy, our room did smell a little damp.
Overall, it was offered at a discount and it served our purpose so we were happy enough.

Just a 1 night stay but overall excellent, as usual.
One slight gripe though and that is, could the menu be changed occasionally please? that isn't a complaint about the food because it is very good but a simple observation.

Great stopover from Hants to Scotland. Broke up a journey stopping just North off chaos and leaving a casual drive the next morning! Huge car park, welcoming staff, great evening meal. Comfy room, warm and all essentials available, including excellent WiFi in room. Would stay again.

Reception, check in and dinner service were efficient but impersonal and ‘distant. Food at dinner and breakfast was very good. Anywhere that serves fried bread, black pudding and crunchy nut cornflakes is ok with me.
Our room was very big but lacked any kind of cosy character. The beds were bouncy but strangely too firm for me. It was spotlessly clean as was all the hotel. But why were the tired looking Chris**as decorations and Chris**as tree still up?

We stayed overnight here to break up a journey and could not fault it.
The staff were great and the food very good.
Rooms a little dated, but spacious, comfortable and clean.
Would definitely stay again.
