I booked this hotel completely on a whim because I had never been to Bariloche before and I am so lucky! The staff were incredibly kind, accommodating and friendly. I casually mentioned that it was my fiancé’s birthday and they left him a bottle of champagne and a card in the room when we checked in. The room itself was absolutely beautiful—I couldn’t ask for a more gorgeous view. The breakfast was tasty and the staff had many recommendations and were super responsive throughout the entire stay. The heated pool and jacuzzi were amazing on a cold winter night after skiing all day. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely be back. Excellent!

I stayed for a week at Pailahue with friends, and unfortunately as we were checking out, I found evidence of bed bugs on my mattress. Having experienced these in my own home in the past, I know that the signs are incontrovertible, and the hotel staff initially seemed receptive and asked me to get in touch about a refund. However when I did so, they denied that bed bugs could possibly be in Bariloche (although clearly bed bugs can be found in hotels anywhere), and then stopped replying to me. This experience, and lack of professionalism, ruined what up to that point had been a pleasant stay.

Beautiful heated pool with a gorgeous swim up view of the lake and mountains.
Pretty loud inside the cabins if you have noisy neighbors.
No ability to control your own heat (you have to call reception to have them adjust it?)
Highly recommend overall.

This place is fantastic. The rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is great, and the views are fantastic. The heated pool with open windows with panoramic views of Lake Nahuel Huapi is maybe the best part of this place. A game room with pool and ping pong and a place to have your own BBQ again with a direct view of the lake are just icing on the cake. Don't miss it!

Hermoso lugar! el jardín muy cuidado, la cabaña impecable, con camas muy buenas y con una cocina muy bien equipada que da sensación hogareña. El personal muy atento, siempre dispuesto a solucionar pequeños inconvenientes. Además la pileta climatizada funciona muy bien. Una sala de juegos disponible que utilizamos. Lo recomiendo

La habitaciones son cómodas, con la salvedad que no se refleja en su totalidad lo que aparecen en las fotos. La ubicación es excelente porque se encuentra un poco alejado del centro, con total tranquilidad, pero a la vez no muy lejano para poder visitar el centro o playas cercanas. La pileta con su vista es muy buena. La atención del personal es excelente, principalmente por parte de Belén quien nos ha indicado todo con mucha paciencia. En conclusión, muy buen lugar para visitar en familia.

Muy lindas cabañas, vista increíble al lago Nahuel Huapi, muy bien calefaccionada. La pileta climatizada es clave para ir con chicos. Supermecado grande a pocas cuadras, a 10 min del centro y a 20 min del Catedral

Somos una familia grande (5) y sentimos que el lugar tiene opciones para todos. La cabaña es muy funcional y completa, la cocina bien provista, en buen estado y alcanzó para todo lo que necesitamos, teniendo en cuante que viajamos con un integrante celíaco. La atención es excelente. El salón de desayuno tiene una vista inigualable y sumado a la variedad de lo ofrecido, hace que uno comience muy bien el día. El desayuno para celíacos también está muy bien. La picina y el gimnasio son muy buenos. Sin duda volveríamos a elegirlo.
