I made a reservation through Booking in August 2021 warrantied by a credit card. We received the confirmation and the approval of the reservation for December 25 to Jan 2, 2022; however, in mid-November, I received a call from the Hotel Victoria Barichara cancelling the reservation because the price was low and that they had sold all rooms. Booking did not help much in the situation. *********** offered other options that did not fulfil our needs. We end up cancelling our trip. Be careful with this hotel. Don't trust them.

Lugar no estaba limpio, desayuno frio , no lo recomiendo. La almohada y colchon no son confortables. La atencion muy basica. Lo unico bueno es que esta ubicado frente a la via que va a Barichara y esta cerca al pueblo

La verdad muy inconforme porque esperaba más del hotel, empezando porque el primer día los niños tuvieron inconvenientes al momento de ingresar a la piscina porque no están limpia, estaba llena de insectos y de tierra, no podíamos llevarnos el desayuno a la habitación, en la habitación que me quede el baño tenía un olor muy fuerte de la parte de la cañería, costoso para lo poco que brindan la verdad

La atención de la persona de recepción no es buena, en el desayuno sirvieron un jugo de mandarina que sabía raro se solicito otro y manifestaron no poder a las 9 queríamos meternos en la piscina y estaba llena de todos los moscos y insectos grande que caen en la noche empezaron a limpiar con un líquido las orillas y después mi hija la cual llevaba una camisa para el agua, que ha usado durante bastante tiempo se manchó al contacto con la piscina se puso verde la explicación de las personas cuando se les solicito es que los niños no puede usar bloqueador en la piscina lo que me pareció muy ilógico ya que uno debe proteger a los niños de el sol,,, tenía mejores expectativas de este hotel pero fue una completa desilusión,, el desayuno es igual siempre huevos y ya etc,, decepción total
