To , Any responsible Authority of Hotel Amaya Bareilly, Today , Mr ***n Kumar Singh CGM Hotel Amaya Very Badly Misbehaved While I requested only a out source Audio requirement for my Business Event . While He can communicate Politely that hotel policy does'nt Allow he Started shouting and said i don't bother about any event i will not do any event i requested other Staff To Provide Senior Authority Nos and Contact Details Then He Came Out And Started Fearing Me that he will Do police Complaint Against me . worst person in Hotel Mr. ***n Kumar Singh don't know how to talk with customers very arrogant Don't Have Business sense and how to deal with Customers . this worst behavior with a corporate customer by such a reputated Hotel's Employee is never expected . entire U.P. And Uttrakhand I use to stay and organise business events but such person i had never seen in my life

Very bad hotel service is very bad and flush and bath problems water issue electricity issue staff issue ***y more issue they have i am not stay next time in this hotel i suggest nobody stay in this hotel.

Hotel location is very good and staff is professional, food is very tasty and room size is good.This hotel is located near railway station and is very good for corporate guest,we have done ***y events there.
