The view from the room was excellent, the cleaning of the room was outsatanding.. It was an excellent stay as usual and this is not the first time I am using their place but yes every time they surprise me with better services. Was at the property with moto of celebrating reunion with school friends who r geo aways due to professional career- never thought that the stay will be one of the most cherished memory which will be carried n my memories… all the staff from front desk, food & beverages, house keeping were extremely cordial & cooperative- hospitality made us friends reunion experience have that perfect salt & pepper experience on the top. Kudos to the team fortune Durgapur u definitely wear hospitality on ur sleeves. No doubts little souls even had a wonderful & safe stay too. I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The amenities provided were appropriate and met all my needs. The staff were notably polite and accommodating. The buffet was a highlight, offering a tasty and varied selection that was perfect for starting the day. But the hotel's location by the highway. Overall, it was a positive experience and a great value for the price.

The electrical connections were not functioning. TV recharge took 6hrs and 10 follow ups. No toiletries provided I had visited this resort in Jan21 but this tike found it has degraded like anything Mouse running through the roofs of cottage No attendants present in restaurant aftet confirming food is ready What was served as karai chicken was some shreds of chicken in white liquid Really disappointed with over all house keep service and food May not visit again

I visited Tarapith and Bolpur in Dec2021. It was a family trip. I had a 7 years old kid and senior citizen parents wirh me. Basically i booked this hotel online through their website . The best part is you can book the property by room number from wesite. One recommendation will be to book rooms on 1st Floor. That will give you the best views ( example : Room no 5 &6). The Hotel is decorated with a rural concept and you will get the feeling of mud house. So do not expect any high end luxury in the room. But you will have basic amenities like - AC/ mini fridge/ geyser etc. The USP of this property is its food. It is budget friendly yet yummy taste. If you are not a resident of the hotel then you will need to collect advance lunch token to get your chance. I am told by the manager that they have served lunch to 1000+ people on 25th Dec. People from all over Bolpur come to taste food here. The Sonsjhuri Haat is just outside the Hotel campus. In fact you can enjoy Baul Dance and Tribal Dhamsha Madol dance sitting on your balcony. The room rent is also decent. You will get Rooms in the range of INR 2000 - 2500. They have POS facility for all payments. The only challenge i faced was the service timeline. May to due to extreme rush on account of festive season they were unable to serve breakfast/ Lunch / Dinner on time and they have denied to accept orders in few instances. Management should look into this and take some corrective actions I have covered this hotel and Bolpur in my Youtube Channel. You will get the link in my profile. it was just unexpectedly awesome, there behaviour was so much good and polite ..i want to share my experience.. actually i lost my mobile phone in a auto.and then when i came back to my hotel room,i realised that i lost my phone.. and i informed to reseption.and just within 6 minutes..they find my ph .. they are friendly..❣️

It was a good family friendly hotel. Though the food price of its restaurant is little bit high, but the food quality is delicious. Rooms are well maintained. Acs are working well. All amenities are good. Staffs are well behaved. Helpful and co operative. Room service is also very good.
