Poor customer service. Booked 2 nights for 5 people. Place presented very differently from the photographs. Apartment needed full refurbishment. Blackened silicone in bathrooms, very worn flooring. Broken window shutters. Safe not secured to wall. Decided not to stay and moved elsewhere. Informed the owner the next day and asked them to consider partial refund. After initial response advising Manager would review, all communications stopped despite pressing. Poor customer handling. Would not recommend.

Appartamento grande, pulito, arredato in maniera semplice ma fornito veramente di tutto, climatizzato, con letti comodi e biancheria ottima. In posizione davvero comoda con metro e bus a pochi passi. Comodo lasciare i bagagli all'altro loro appartamento sito in Carrer de València 423. L'unica cosa che ho trovato scomoda il check-in alla macchinetta, avrei preferito che i dati si potessero inserire in precedenza senza perdere tempo inutile e magari inserire semplicemente un codice trasmesso.

Très bon hôtel appartement, a recommander+++seul bémol, note explicative du fonctionnement global airco, électrique,.. Manquante. Une simple note sur la porte de l'appartement suffit et plan d'évacuation manque également.
