Unfortunately the experience left a bad taste in our mouth due to one manager on the property. When you choose a place to spend your vacation you hope to feel welcomed with warm hospitality. One of the workers was very kind but the manager we dealt with really ruined the vibe with the way she responded to a couple questions and small requests ( such as an extra garbage bag or toilet paper since we were there 4 nights and it was a windy drive to get anywhere to purchase replenishment). We even offered to pay but we’re rudely cut off and although given the items treated like we were incredibly imposing even to ask. How disappointing to feel such hostility on your special getaway. Other than that the property is cute but room not the most comfortable. We would sadly not recommend.

Peaceful and serene, super clean facility and friendly staff. An overall perfect place to relax and enjoy some quite time in a beautiful and picturesque Tuscany region.

Asked for a ground floor room due to disabilities.We were put in an upstairs room 4 flights of stairs. During the night had to walk down a flight of stairs to reach the washroom . No help with luggage . Just beeping terrible. Left a day earlier. Totally unexeptible monies back

Basic agriturismo residence. Traditional and large apar**ents with their own kitchen. Lovely breakfast. Farm style living. Quite minimum staff and they didnt speak very good english. A bit worn out. Good location near Sab Gimignano and good restaurants. They did not offer any wine tastings which we found bit odd.
