Don’t know if we had a bad room or it was coming from outside but it was pretty dusty, the rest of the hotel was actually clean but I have to review my room so yeah

A very nice experience, great service and great staff. Would stay there again and would recommend it to others.
Location also great, walking distance to anywhere in Bilbao, otherwise there are bus stops nearby, metro station and railway station.

A wonderful new hotel with simple but stylish decor. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.
The staff are polite, friendly and helpful.

Nice clean hotel catered to business travelers. Breakfast was mediocre. Area is quiet and paid parking is close by.

Excellent location - 2 minutes walk to the train station. Walking distance to old town and other great restaurants and cafes as well as lots of options for shopping including the supermarket.
Room was excellent - spacious for our family of three. Bathroom even had a large bath tub!
Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Very nice small hotel. Perfect location in the city center of Bilbao. Friendly staff in the reception. Nice breakfast…..everything was fine.

It is a good hotel, but they have not changed mattresses after getting rid of bedbugs. Although the bugs were gone, it was uncomfortable to sleep on an unclean mattress.
