Красивая территории, хорошее расположение, терраса с видом на заросли побережья, в новый год был отличный вид на все салюты побережья. Отель делал и свой салют. Расположен на удалении от дороги, звуков дороги не слышно. Есть свой СПА. Бассейн, территория с 12 шезлонгами - всегда хватает. Заказ на еду и напитки примут прямо у шезлонга. У бассейна играет легкий джаз, поэтому музыку, доносящуюся с прибрежных клубов, не слышно. Отличная альтернатива пляжу. Питьевая вода в номерах, кому важно, в многоразовых бутылках. Дополнительное спальное место - матрас, толстый, удобный. Персонал очень доброжелательный и отзывчивый. Завтраки - достойные, голодным не уйдёшь. На заказ делают омлет и яичницу. Единственное пожелание к отелю - заведите, пожалуйста, кофе-машину :)

ตัวรีสอร์ทเองก็สวยงามและฉันชอบห้องของฉัน มีพื้นที่นั่งเล่นที่ดีรอบๆ รีสอร์ทด้วย เมื่อมาถึงและออกเดินทาง พนักงานทักทายฉันด้วยของขวัญซึ่งเป็นสัมผัสที่ดี สิ่งที่ฉันไม่ชอบคือ: 1) ห้องพักเกือบทุกห้องตั้งอยู่รอบสระว่ายน้ํา ดังนั้นไม่ว่าคุณจะนอนพักผ่อนก็ตาม แขกและพนักงานก็เดินผ่านคุณอย่างต่อเนื่อง 2) เสียงเพลงจากกลางวันและตอนเย็นดังอย่างน่าขัน มีป้ายภายในห้องที่แนะนําให้ใส่ที่อุดหูถ้าคุณไม่ชอบ มันดังกว่าข้างนอก! และแม้แต่ที่อุดหูก็ยังได้ยิน 3) ทําเลที่ตั้ง - แม้ว่าจะอยู่ใกล้กับชายหาด แต่ตั้งอยู่บนถนนที่พลุกพล่านและเพื่อไปยังชายหาดคุณต้องเดินไปตามถนนสายนี้ รู้สึกอันตรายมากในฐานะนักเดินทางคนเดียวในเวลากลางคืนฉันไม่รู้สึกปลอดภัย 4) ร้านอาหาร; แม้ว่าพนักงานจะเป็นมิตรพอเมื่อคุณเข้าใกล้พวกเขา ทุกครั้งที่ฉันใช้ร้านอาหาร ฉันต้องหาพวกเขา ฉันไม่เคยเสนอเมนูเว้นแต่ฉันจะขอ และฉันไม่ได้แสดงตัวเลือกอาหารเช้าหรือแสดงว่าฉันสามารถเลือกได้อะไร จากส่วนไข่/มาซาลา/แพนเค้ก

Disappointing for a 5 star property. They contacted a day prior to ask what time I would be checking in. I came in a bit later than the time mentioned and still had to wait 15-20 mins for the room to be ready. Check out was slow as well. Rooms are clean but old and need improvement. Breakfast buffet had mediorce options. Staff barely smile at you. Stayed at 3 star properties with much better outcome

отель намного больше, чем кажется по фото. Можно сказать это полноценный резорт. Территория отеля очень красивая, но не на столько ухоженная, как хотелось бы. Изначально нас заселили в плохой номер, был сильный запах сырости, грязь и тд, но по запросу нас пересилили в хороший номер и сложностей не возникло. Еда на завтрак на мой вкус не богата ассортиментом, но мы нашли для себя, чем перекусить. Из ресторана еда не плохая. Персонал достаточно вежливый. Очень и очень важный фактор для меня- отель не предоставляет воду запечатанную в пластиковых бутылках. В номере стоят две стеклянные бутылки, в них вода якобы из фильтра. Если нужна ещё вода, приходит сотрудник, забирает бутылки, наполняет, приносит. Как эти бутылки обрабатывают после гостей непонятно. Точнее понятно- никак не обрабатывают. Я лично видела , как в старых пятилитровых бутылках сотрудники несли воду, видимо из этих бутылок потом добавляют воду в стеклянную тару. Пляжная линия хорошая, много кафе.

The hotel is in a great location. Very friendly welcome. We were shown to our room and things explained. The balcony was small but ample. The room should have contained robe and slippers but these were missing, although didn't affect our stay so not a real issue. The pool is small but was very quiet and provided a nice cool off. Towels are available at the counter. The hotel is located directly on the beach with beech shacks and restaurants on the beach very nearby. The hotel does not provide beach loungers BUT if you head to a beach shack and buy a drink or two, they will allow the use of a bed for free. Directly out of the hotel gate on the beach there was a lady with beds trying to charge 500 rupees for a bed for the day. This is not necessary when you can get a drink for less with a free bed. We nearly learned the hard way. The bed was far too hard for me, resulting in reduced sleep, but some people may prefer a firmer bed. My partner slept better than me so this was a personal experience. The bedding was nice quality though. The whole place was clean and tidy. Rooms made up every day in the afternoon so not disturbed early morning which is nice. The rooms are not soundproof so a lot of noise can be heard from outside when people start moving around in the morning. Staff were friendly - everyone had a smile, and nothing too much trouble. We only experienced breakfast once, and I would say it is ok as long as you don't expect a full English fry up (which in my opinion you shouldn't as you're in India). The food was hot, tasty, and fresh. There was plenty to choose from for a breakfast selection. If I was to fault the breakfast, to provide a suggestion, providing tea and coffee black so that customers can add their own milk would make it more accessible to all. I can't drink too much dairy so had to give this a miss. Then the only real downside to this hotel we found is when checking out, you are made to wait until the room has been checked, in case you steal anything. I completely understand this, but this should be made clear when checking in. We had booked a taxi to arrive at check out time, which could have resulted in additional costs for waiting time. Just to be mindful if staying here and arranging onward travel. Or maybe the hotel could make this policy clearer upon checking in. All in all a very nice stay in Candolim and this hotel was a good choice.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Thats what we can truly say about Doubletree! Nithesh, Syantika & Shivram the 3 of them really made our stay Great and Wonderful! They deserve the recognition for their service. The night we arrived, we were welcomed by Nithesh at the reception. The check in was quick and Nithesh followed us all the way to our room giving us information on the bfast, facilities, f&b and other details that we needed to know! Great Service, Nithesh! At the cafe during bfast, we were served by Shivram. He made sure we did not miss a thing! Shivram, we were looking out for you over the next few days, but maybe you were on another shift. Great Service, Shivram! Last but not least, Syantika! Although you are a newbie, you did not seem like a newbie at all! Your charm and must-do attitude, awesome! Both my wife and me felt, that your truthfulness in attending to a query that we asked you, and getting an almost immediate response, just speaks a thousand words! Keep up your good work and you will go a long way! Thank you also to the Management and team of Doubletree Goa!

Overall this was a very satisfying stay. A few major hiccups but less on account of the hotel or staff. Certain times of the year it does get too busy. During our stay it was found to be comfortable and satisfying. I think the staff here are very professional and dedicated to what they are doing. I would return for a stay here.
