Super friendly! 😊 They even helped arrange our transport to Gili T, making the whole experience stress-free. I have stayed a few days in a few of the places in lombok as well as Senggigi. Look no further, just boook this place. It's the best choice! Services was too notched. Some other resorts or villas that's we've stayed around the area was not as good as Jeeva santai even though some priced higher than Jeeva. Breakfast was superb. Although it's ala carte, u can keep refill till you're full enough. Try their fried rice! Room was spacious and love their roomy bathroom! Will definitely come back again!

Excellent service. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a complimentary buggy service to the beach.  The room view was spectacular, overlooking the sea horizon. Our second trip to Kalandara, definitely no regrets at all. Airport transfers were prompt and friendly, shout out to Emmy and Ahyar. Also to Wulan who acknowledged that we were a returning guests and Wulan Mei and Wina who greeted and served the breakfast with a smile. Will definitely coming back again.

We had a great time at Qunci Villas Resort. The public spaces are all super neat and well maintained, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, and between the endless options of excursios, experiences and selection of 4 restaurants you'll never feel bored. We stayed in the Qumbang Luxury villa and here are a few things and here are a few things you should know if you're considering the same. The villa is in a separate location from the main resort compound. It is across the main street and around 450 meters up the hill, so you have to ask reception for a ride every time you want to go between the resort and the villa or take a nice little walk. If you want to swim in the public pools as a resident of the uphill villa, the only restrooms available to you are in the restaurants. So it can get awkward slightly walking around dripping water or changing in there. Lastly, the resort is right on the middle of senggigi Beach, which is slightly narrower than the other parts which makes it inaccessible sometimes because the waves comes crashing against the resort shore. Which is fine because you can still walk to either side of the resort and access the other side of the beach beyond the resort grounds.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My husband surprised me with this stay for our anniversary, and it was truly unforgettable. The location was beautiful, with stunning beach views and a peaceful atmosphere that made it perfect for couples. We enjoyed our meals by the sea, watched the sunset together, and relaxed by the private pool. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making our anniversary so special. We will definitely come back again! ❤️ Highly recommended for couples looking for a romantic getaway.

ฉันพักในห้อง 410 สองคืน ฉันไม่ได้มีชีวิตอยู่เพียงพอ ฉันพักห้อง 407 อีกครั้ง ห้อง 407 เป็นทะเลมากกว่า 410 นิดหน่อย ประตูออกทะเล ระเบียงออกสระว่ายน้ำ บาร์ริมสระ และอาหารเช้าจากน้ำชายามบ่ายฟรี ร้านอาหารยังอยู่ใกล้มาก การเข้าพักที่โรงแรมนี้มากกว่า 700 คืนนั้นคุ้มค่าจริงๆ และไม่มีแขกมาพักมากนัก เงียบสงบมาก ถ้าคุณไปลอมบอก คุณจะพักที่นี่แน่นอน ฉันอยากจะแนะนำโรงแรมนี้ให้กับทุกคน แต่ฉันกลัวว่าคนจีนจะขึ้นไปมากกว่านี้ มีบริการน้ำชายามบ่ายฟรีที่บาร์ริมสระระหว่างเวลา 15:00 น. - 17:00 น. พร้อมกาแฟ น้ำดื่ม ขนมปัง ของว่าง และผลไม้ ทางโรงแรมมีบริการรูมเซอร์วิส ไม่แพง ต่อคน 50-100 หลังอาหารวางที่ประตูห้องบริกรจะรับไป

環境不錯👍太吵了😭偶爾一兩天行，一週太折磨人了😢對面的歌聲，鼓點聲，道邊的汽車聲無敵吵。

Mixed feelings The room I initially booked (paid extra for AC and hot water) was just dirty and I could not control the AC bc remote wasn’t working so it was always on I could clearly see that no one had cleaned it (see first three pictures) and tbh bathroom felt unsafe with electric cables next to shower I asked to change and they tried to give to charge me extra for another room - I told them either I have what I paid for (AC and clean bedsheets) either it’s ok they pay me back and I leave The staff said I’d need to talk to the manager and when I said ok bring me the manager they never got them and offered me third room without paying extra (feels dishonest that they didn’t show me this one first) Bedsheets were okayish (so many weird stains, see pictures) but this one had no hot water - and they clearly said that I got downgraded. They wanted me to pay extra for the upgrade but do you think they paid me back the difference for the downgrade? Of course not (feels dishonest to charge extra for things you paid for initially but no pay back when you provide less than was paid for) I don’t know how much a hotel like this needs a pool (which was really nice by the way) when they’re so close to the beach. Maybe they should put the pool budget into clean rooms and hot water lol
