Stayed here 1 night as an extra night due to late flight arrival times so we didn’t burn a day at our all inclusive. Hotel is brand new, clean, comfortable and very well located. As a family of 4 we had a double joining room. Staff were absolutely brilliant and went out their way to be so friendly and nice. It had a small gym but all good equipment, perfect for a short stay, breakfast buffet was decent for a short stay… Would highly recommend if you want a modern, clean and nice hotel. We spent the part of the day exploring Heraklion before heading to Panormos to our all inclusive. A+

Отель потрясен, во всех его проявлениях, завтрак 5 звезд, бессецном на крыше не воспользовались но уверены по количеству занятых столиков возле там все хорошо, побывали в спа, зона на 5 сервис на 5, уровень массажа ребята простите 3 бала, при визите Крита рекомендовал бы? Однозначно да! Отель 5 звезд, спасибо за теплый прием)

Hôtel d’excellent standing avec une grande et magnifique piscine, des chambres très confortables et un personnel professionnel et attentif. Un véritable 5*, à 5mn à pied du centre historique d’Heraklion. Ce n’est pas notre premier séjour et nous ne sommes jamais déçus. Le rapport qualité-prix est tout à fait correct.

The hotel is pretty clean and modern. We found the beds to be very comfy and the hotel's location was pretty convenient near the old town and port areas. The rooms are well appointed with a couple of chairs, a work area, a coffee/tea station, big TV and a large bathroom. There were enough plugs around the room and many switches with light settings to get it just right. We appreciated the balcony and the view outside but there were some cars that drove by with very loud music each night. The only significant complaint we had was that the bathroom shower leaked very easily in our rooms and got the floor wet near the toilet. The breakfast at the hotel was pretty good with a variety of Crete foods like cheese and pastries. There was fresh scrambled eggs and a very good sausage available as well. The breakfast also had a large variety of preserved fruits that paired well with the Greek yoghurt and included oranges, cherries, grapes and figs. We appreciated that the hotel had inexpensive parking nearby at Central Parking which was 7 Euros per day with unlimited in/out privileges as long as we got a stamp when we got in. The hotel also had a restaurant that offered room service and there was a popular cafe just across the street. This hotel was a good base for exploring Crete with a convenient location near the airport and the price was very fair for us.

We recently stayed at the Metropole and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment wr arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of choices. I highly recommend staying here for a comfortable and enjoyable stay while in Greece. There are a maze of options but you will do yourself a favour by staying here.

Enjoyed the stay at the hostel. The people (Volunteers) at the desk were very helpful. The rooftop is a good place to hangout and meet fellow travellers. Location is in close proximity to main shopping areas of Heraklion. Also has a 24 hour convenience store within a 5 minute walk. Overall, it was a very good experience.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal. Très proche de la plupart des lieux emblématiques d’Héraklion : musée archéologique, fort vénitien.... La chambre était fonctionnelle ( frigo, fer à repasser, bouilloire, cafetière, télévision, et pas mal de prises: électricité, usb et Hdmi) et propre. La literie est agréable. L'insonorisation n'est cependant pas optimale car j'entendais le bruit des voisins et de la rue. Le petit-déjeuner est riche, varié et de bonne qualité. Le personnel est accueillant. Je recommande cet établissement.

Just stayed for one night! So close to the ferry port and lots of restaurants and pharmacy's around and right on the bus station!! Room was clean and the beds were good 👍
