Highly recommend it. Very clean, amazing staff. Breakfast was very good and the view from the room was astonishing. Spacious room and in a overall safer environment, they also have a nice restaurant where guests can have lunch or dinner.

El Courtyard es un hotel con una habitación super amplia y buena insonorización. Cuenta con nevera, caja fuerte y 2 botellas de agua. Internet de alta velocodad. El desayuno está bastante completo y preparan los huevos al gusto en el momento. También almorcé y cené en el hotel y la calidad es buena. El hotel está a 5 minutos del aeropuerto lo cual es imprescindible en horas pico.

I stayed at Grand Hotel Guayaquil for 3 days and 2 nights, and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Check-in was quick and easy, which I appreciated after a long trip. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The bed was super comfy, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in Guayaquil’s heat! The location was also perfect — just a short walk to the Malecón 2000 and lots of great places to eat and explore. I loved the pool area — such a nice spot to relax in the afternoon. Breakfast was great too, with plenty of choices and some tasty local options. Overall, I had a really pleasant stay here. It’s a great hotel with a warm atmosphere and excellent service.

Muy buena atención, con muy buenos cuartos

Un hotel con buena ubicación y atención , me quede por 6 noches y todo estuvo Perfecto , las camas son cómodas , el l desayuno es abundante y la ubicación es estratégica

El Hilton Colón necesita una renovación de las instalaciones. No han hecho nada en 10 años y ya se necesitan mejoras. La caja fuerte me dio problemas y el desayuno me decepcionó un poco, ya que las frambuesas tenían hongos. El poder hacer un jugo fresco de verduras y fruta es genial. La luz se fue 3 veces en una noche y el generador tardó un par de minutos en ponerse en marcha. El shuttle al aeropuerto funciona muy bien.

Me siento estafada. Me cobraron el IVA dos veces (una vez por trip.com que es normal) y luego me cobraron IVA en el hotel con excusas varias sobre que a los ecuatorianos se les cobra el IVA (cuando ya lo pagué al reservar). Conclusión: me cobraron dos veces IVA. RESOLUCION: Trip se disculpó sin tener ninguna culpa y compensó pero el Hotel cuando le pedí la factura para reclamar me dijeron que no podían darmela con otras excusas raras. Cuidado que te pueden estafar.
