Upon arrival, the room I booked was under centralised heating and was a bit too warm for me. The hotel front desk tried to accommodate and showed me other available rooms for a swap. Eventually, we settled on a room on another floor for my entire 5 days' stay. The hotel's location was great, 30 seconds walk to metro, close to high speed rail station as well. I love the restaurants right next to the hotel also. It's clean, staff members are polite (greet you every time you are comingin or going out), and breakfast buffet has a huge variety of choices, and most importantly, very tasty. I love a hotel that has a laundry room as well, so convenient!!! Will definitely stay again next time.

很久之前就關注了這個酒店，因為晚上五顏六色的外牆燈，第一感覺就是重新裝修了怎麼還能這麼土？今天來入住發現設計裝修還是可圈可點的。 預訂的是最便宜的高級大床房，前台辦理流程很熟練很快，並有專人引導電梯。 👍房間裝修很細節，燈光舒適度很好。 👍淋浴間採用聲控燈，半夜起夜上廁所也不用怕黑。 👍洗漱用品配備了一次性洗臉巾和身體乳，身體乳在400多的房價中出現是萬萬沒想到。 👍整體的布草包括拖鞋、浴袍都非常舒適，是我喜歡的類型。 👍空調採取智能控制面板的模式，在床頭很方便。 整體來講很滿意，但也有槽點 ❌房間號牌導視在走廊下面，很難發現。 ❌有些地方裝修很粗糙，如門鈴按鈕是歪的，且木板有破損痕跡，床頭面板有開口痕跡，但實際沒用。 ❌隔音：牆體隔音不錯，聽不到隔壁的聲音；但門板隔音很差，走廊的聲音聽的一清二楚。 ❌服務人員的話術有點背公式，聽起來很假很不舒服。 ❌窗邊嚴重漏風 ❌空調不太好使，開之前室內温度23，設定了制暖30，半小時後室內温度22，反向制暖[失望R] 總的來講還不錯，細節需要把控，個人感覺據五星五鑽酒店還有一些差距，400多性價比很好，總體評分4分。
