Lo buenas: el desayuno exquisito y muy variado. Ubicación muy buena. Lo malo: Nos alojamos en la habitación 109 en la cual el agua de la ducha salía hacia afuera, quedando empapado el piso del baño, y se escuchaba la gente por el pasillo, risas y cuando hablaban, al igual que del piso de arriba, tiene mal aislamiento.

The hotel is located in the newer part of the city. It has a nice swimming pool and restaurant on-site. The location is within 10 mins walk to a big shopping centre and lots of shops and restaurants. There is another business district within 20 mins walk with lots of shops and restaurants. I feel stay walking in that part of the city.

I rarely write reviews but felt it necessary this time because of the excellent service I received from the gentleman at the front desk. I apologize for forgetting his name , but he was on night duty on May 26 when I arrived. I had taken a taxi from one of those scam ”official taxi” from the airport and when we arrived at the hotel, the driver's credit card machine was not working. Not only did the desk manager advance me cash from my credit card, but he made it known to me that the rate being charged was excessive. He took concern with that and actually went outside and insisted with the driver that he was taking advantage and demanded that he lower his rate- which the driver finally did. So I wanted to personally thank him for that. In regards to the actual hotel itself, it was very clean. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast buffet had many options. Honestly, I really have nothing negative to write about this hotel. I was travelling on business and will recommend to our travel agent to book this hotel for all of our company travels to Santiago.

I found this amazing place located in Las Condes. Everything you need is close to this place. Very cozzy, clean with a mini bar Hotel confortable muy limpio, acogedor y a muy buen precio. Area de la Costanera y Restaurantes muy cerca ..Para repetir

The hotel is located well out of the city centre. There are a few restaurants nearby. The room was clean but a bit hit and miss with coffee and creamer sachets and we could have done with more towels. Breakfast was adequate but the hot food was only luke warm, the coffee was not very hot either. On the weekend the breakfast doesn't open until 07.00 which resulted in it being very busy at that time, perhaps it could open earlier to accommodate airline staff and tourists leaving for the airport?
