"Super buen atendimiento. Desaconsejo reservar una habitación del lado interior si eres claustrofobico.
Se tiene que arreglar la puerta de la ducha porque se inunda el baño cada vez que me ducho.
Desayuno demasiado básico."
"Amazing stay: Nothing to say about the cleanliness and infrastructure, about the dorms they can improve putting curtains to the individual bed to add some privacy and modernization to the overall quality. But in big terms, was a very good place to stay. Special thanks to ”Lu” and ”Enzo” for the amazing and warm guest service (EXCELLENT VOLUNTEERS)"
"The hotel is centrally located and it’s very easy and cheap to get around using Uber or DiDi. The room had good space and natural light, felt very clean, and was serviced daily.
One small issue was that there was no bottled or filterwater in the room, and I didn’t know that tap water is drinkable in Argentina. Since there was no information provided, I ended up going thirsty the first night. It would be helpful if the hotel informed guests about this.
Otherwise, the staff were always friendly and smiling. The included breakfast was simple but good enough for a light start to the day, and I liked that there’s a grill machine to make toasties. The room was basic but comfortable, with a good bed and a safe box.
Overall, it was good value for money and I would consider staying again."
"Despite on my booking request for a quiet room, especially no low frequency noise, first I got a room with a very loud outside part of the Aircon. I asked to change, they called the floor staff, and she knew exactly which rooms are not noisy and she confirmed the problem in my first room. I'd be happy if they were more considerate from the beginning.
The staff is very nice and helpful though.
The curtains are not blackout.
The bed is comfortable even for a person with back issues.
Clean.
I needed this particular location close to the port, but San Nicolas, which is in a walking distance, is nicer and a bit less touristy. Porto Madeira barrio is still not noisy at all during the night, at least you can't hear anything from the hotel room. Just the streets are much more crowded and less clean than in San Nicolas.
Good security at the lobby. The elevators which close the inner door automatically.
Generally, take your own shower cup etc with you when travelling in Argentina and Brazil."
MMrs Kaye TanWe checked in for 5 nights, the reception is 24hrs open and everyone is friendly, however, if you need anything, it is best to ask the morning staffs. Thanks to Cindy and Damian for allowing us to have late check out. The room is spacious with lots of room for the luggages. Thanks to Eliana for keeping our room spotless clean. The breakfast has less warm foods, mostly sweets. Media Luna tastes great! They have sauna available with gym having a nice view.
ผผู้เข้าพักThe room was spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.
However, there are two important things future guests should be aware of. First, pay close attention to the location before booking. I didn’t realize it at first, but the hotel is located in an area that many locals consider one of the less safe parts of the city. After I booked, several local people were surprised that I had chosen to stay there.
Second, the hotel is located directly inside a restaurant. This was quite awkward and inconvenient, especially when arriving with luggage. To get to your room, you have to walk through the restaurant while people are dining, which is not the most comfortable experience.
Overall, the room itself and the service were good, but the location and access to the property may not be suitable for everyone.
RRoseLatteI'm giving a 5-star only because of Leonardo, who is in charge of Breakfast.
Thank you so much for your kindness. You are the most amazing person I've met in Buenos Aires!
NNina ThailandThe hotel is located in a very good location, very close to the obelisk, one of the famous landmarks of Buenos Aires. It’s also next to a tango show. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, including minimarts. But the staff service is normal. The receptionists were not so friendly. They talked with guests with their ignorance attitudes, not showing any friendliness or welcoming manner at all. I think this should be improved for all who would want to work in this tourism service industry. The worse thing for this hotel is rooms’ dirtiness. It was really dusty and dirty. On the floor, I found many blonde hairs and dust. And no cleaning was done on the second day, although we didn’t hang any sign at the door. Just only 2 new bottles of water were placed on the table. So that we knew the housekeeper came inside without cleaning or touching anything including making up beds or collecting trash. So I think the service here in general is not good. The rooms are also a bit decent and old.
MMehmetOzgur DirekciI recently stayed at the Buenos Aires Marriott and had the opportunity to experience both the breakfast and the spa facilities. The breakfast was enjoyable and offered a sufficient variety of options, though expanding the selection would make it even better. I used the sauna in the spa, which was quite good, and adding a steam room could further enhance the overall experience. The pool is beautifully designed—one of the standout features of the hotel, in my opinion.
The property is centrally located, making it one of the ideal choices for accommodation in the city. I stayed in a Deluxe Room; although the room size was good, the furnishings felt somewhat minimal, giving the room an empty appearance.
Overall, it is a solid hotel that I would recommend. If the points I mentioned are improved, it has the potential to become a place I would confidently recommend to everyone.
ผผู้เข้าพักI just stayed at Play Hostel and overall had a good experience, though there were a few quirks. The bathroom layout in my room was pretty bizarre, the shower was pretty much over the toilet, which meant it was cramped and water went everywhere. I barely fit in the shower space and water pressure was low, but thankfully the front desk staff gave me an extra towel to help with the water ( much appreciated!).
The social events were a bit of a bummer some didn’t run on time or were cancelled/changed which ended up wasting a bit of my time. That said, the front desk guy was fantastic, super friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfy, but be aware that sound carries a lot in the hostel; the private room I had had a big gap under the door, so you can hear pretty much everything.
On the plus side, the location is excellent, making it easy to get around in the Palermo area, and despite the quirks, I would definitely stay again. Thanks for a good stay!
