ผผู้เข้าพักThis stay truly exceeded all expectations. As foreigners visiting Citadines Baoding for the first time, the overall experience couldn’t have been better — it was absolutely top-notch 👍. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and genuine hospitality. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The hotel also provides a complimentary fruit platter, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. The room is well equipped with a capsule coffee machine, and there is even a washing machine inside the room, making the stay especially convenient for families and longer visits. Another major highlight is the room layout. In addition to the bedroom, there is a separate small living area. This design is a big plus — my husband can watch TV or work in the living space without disturbing my rest, which greatly enhances comfort and privacy. Overall, whether it was the attention to detail at the front desk, the comfort and quality of the accommodation, or the excellent food and beverage service, this hotel truly delivered on all fronts. It’s absolutely an ideal choice for business or families traveling with children, and we would highly recommend Citadines to anyone visiting Baoding.

I came through this hotel as part of a hike across the country, and intentionally reworked my schedule to be able to spend more nights in this hotel as opposed to relocating further down the route. The amenities are worth it. I have spent ten years living in Beijing and Hong Kong, these are at or above the level of what you will find in the vast majority of hotels anywhere in the country. An absolute steal at this price point for what they provide.

CChenMorris高於預期的雄安索菲特酒店 週末staycation發現雄安索菲特的主推套餐性價比拉滿，再加上身邊的朋友們對這家酒店評價很高，所以就直接下單前來體驗一下~ 停車場的導向標記很好找，從進入地庫到大堂沿途的指向都很清楚。下午1點到店時前台都在排隊，效率很高所以幾乎沒有等。前台小姐姐一路引導到房間，房間安排在13層的尊享套房，整體佈局還算是合理。客衞和主衞都配備了完全版的衞洗麗，用起來很方便；浴缸在這個級別的酒店也算是非常大的了，放水速度也很快，配了頭枕很舒服。 下午茶和歡樂時光出品都算是中上水平，甜品算是法國品牌的拿手強項了，泡芙 瑪德琳 重芝士蛋糕 巧克力慕斯出品都不錯，歡樂時光熱菜也優於其他品牌行政酒廊，服務人員也很熱情，總體非常滿意。早餐也算豐盛，除了星級酒店的標配以外，特色的煎餅 羊雜湯 火燒夾肉 白洋澱燻雞薰魚薰泥鰍都很值得嘗試。 總的來説算是比較滿意的一次staycation，服務在線硬件優秀食物滿意，各方面都超出了預期！雄安，挺好！

QQueenNatWooWe had a great time at the Holiday Inn Baoding. We arrived late in the evening. You know it’s a great trip when you have so much fun you forget to take photos. Checkin was a smooth process, there was a market store were you can get gifts, Lana is, drinks. Toiletries and etc. We received a free car wash that we used when we checked-out. It’s located on the property. The hot springs is located in another building that was a quick walk. This place is adult and kid friendly. Although you are in the middle of nowhere the city is just a quick drive. We did a little shopping at the shoe store. The room was comfortable and spacious. It’s great for families, our 13yr old son loved it.

Ttravelling with teensThe staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Some speak English. The room was very spacious with lots of tech gadgets and big tv screens. There were however no cupboards to put your clothes or suitcases in. The roof terrace with pool is really nice, but the restaurant in the basement is unwelcoming. Breakfast was cold and although they had a good coffee machine, they were not able to use it to make a good coffee. Instead of juice or tea they offered cola and sprite. Although we had a good stay we have to say that the prices for rooms in this hotel are quite high and the hotel in total doesn’t live up to those prices.

ผผู้เข้าพัก酒店其實整體還挺好的，開始房間感覺床上用品特別潮，於是立刻給換了房間，好評，但是第二個房間洗手間返很嚴重的腥臭味道，雖然客房服務員給提供了除味兒噴霧和芳香劑後面解決了，但是這個感覺挺不好的，另外有個槽點是房間到處是鏡子……不知道為什麼……
