โรงแรมใกล้สวนพฤกษศาสตร์ Baoding

週末到河北，雄安兩日遊。看到有免費接站，就毫不猶豫訂了，女生獨自出行，免去後顧之憂，害怕打到黑車，剛下高鐵站，商務車已經在停車場等候，遞上毛巾和瓶裝水，由於匆忙出門忘記帶充電器，前台第一時間借到了充電線，非常感激。酒店嶄新，環境舒適，到處都很乾凈，一樓有酒廊、早餐廳、健身房和洗衣房，可謂一應俱全，衹要入座，就有服務人員遞上熱茶，非常體貼，緊張忙碌之餘，短途旅行讓我感到無比放鬆，完全超出預期。從酒店打車，去哪裡都方便，無論在雄縣，還是去容城，或者去安新白洋澱，幾秒鐘就能叫到車，出門左手邊走幾步就是便利店，右手邊走到十字路口，有蜜雪冰城，附近有家烀羊肉店，清湯暖胃，值得推薦，有機會再來雄安，美妙的週末。

In spite that it is older hotel, the rooms are in good condition, equipped with a comfortable bed with crisp fresh white linen. Due to heavy rains the aircon had some difficulties to absorb the high humidity. Fresh fruits were provided at arrival. The hotel has a topnotch spa  facility.  The breakfast on the 5th floor is extensive. Even traditional soup with multicolored noodles and donkey burgers are served. The Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor was deserted and the temperature inside was uncomfortably hot, so we had diner at the nearby Wanda Plaza.  Truly 5-star was the attentive and efficient support of the front desk manager Miss Ciu Tianmei. She facilitated our visit to the shrine of Mary Mother of God in Donglü, situated in a remote village 40 kms outside of Baoding. Without her  help we would have great difficulties to make this visit. In addition we thank Miss Ciu Tianmei to find a solution to keep our medicines cool, as there is no fridge in the room.

It is clean, quiet and have a good price. The only problem is that there is no good connection to public transport and not many restaurants around the hotel. You need to really on order food in your room.

ครั้งนี้พาเด็กๆ มาเที่ยวสงอัน พักที่โซฟิเทลสงอันตลอดทริป ประสบการณ์โดยรวมดีมาก ให้ห้าดาวเลยค่ะ ตั้งแต่ก้าวเข้ามา บริการก็ดีเยี่ยม พนักงานต้อนรับช่วยยกกระเป๋าให้เองอย่างกระตือรือร้น การเช็คอินที่แผนกต้อนรับก็รวดเร็ว พนักงานมีทัศนคติที่ดีและอดทน แจ้งล่วงหน้าว่าจะพาเด็กมา ก็รีบนำรองเท้าแตะสำหรับเด็กและของใช้ในห้องน้ำสำหรับเด็กมาให้ทันที หากมีข้อสงสัยหรือความต้องการใดๆ สามารถติดต่อฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าผ่าน WeChat ได้ตลอด ตอบกลับเร็วมาก ไม่มีการตอบแบบขอไปทีเลย โรงแรมนี้เหมาะสำหรับการเดินทางแบบครอบครัวเป็นอย่างยิ่ง ที่ชั้นใต้ดินมี Kids' Club Aibao ที่มีสไลเดอร์ บ่อบอล และตัวต่อครบครัน เด็กๆ สามารถเล่นได้ครึ่งวันสบายๆ ที่ชั้น 4 มีสระว่ายน้ำปรับอุณหภูมิพร้อมโซนน้ำตื้นสำหรับเด็กโดยเฉพาะ เล่นน้ำได้อย่างปลอดภัย ห้องพักกว้างขวางและสะอาด เครื่องนอนนุ่มสบาย เก็บเสียงได้ดี เด็กๆ พักผ่อนได้เต็มที่ วิวจากหน้าต่างก็กว้างขวาง บรรยากาศเงียบสงบและสวยงาม อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกหลากหลาย มีอาหารอ่อนๆ หลายอย่างที่เหมาะสำหรับเด็ก รสชาติกำลังดี โดยรวมแล้วสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับเด็ก รายละเอียดในห้องพัก หรือบริการจากพนักงาน ก็ทำได้อย่างใส่ใจตลอดการเข้าพัก ทำให้เราได้พักผ่อนอย่างสบายใจ การเดินทางพร้อมเด็กๆ แล้วได้เจอโรงแรมที่เหมาะสมทุกด้านแบบนี้ไม่ง่ายเลย ครั้งหน้าถ้ามาสงอันอีก ก็จะเลือกพักที่นี่อีก และขอแนะนำให้ผู้ปกครองที่เดินทางพร้อมเด็กๆ ด้วยค่ะ

I believe my friends and I spent Christmas eve here. Being an exchange student from England, far from home, and my friends and classmates from Latvia and Cambodia, we needed somewhere homely and comfortable to stay. This place was exactly what we needed. We stayed here for one night in the middle of winter as part of our road trip from Beijing to Wutaishan, following the sections of the Great Wall. We turned up after dark, we were welcomed with a big smile and slept with ease after the long drive. In the morning I woke up early, found a spot in the courtyard garden and opened my Christmass cards. The owners dog immediately rolled over to be petted and for the next hour I had good company, drank tea and enjoyed the peace. The owners awoke to find me outside, probably thought I was a ****** and so, immediately lit their fire in the garden. They saw me drinking tea so got the iron kettle boiling over the heat of the flames. My mates awoke to this and joined me and the boss by the fire. The outside temperature was negative, but we were warm, happy and ready for the day ahead - exploring Baishishan. The boss also showed us his great tea collection. I want to thank the owners for a short but great stay and I highly recommend. I would like to come back in spring to see their courtyard in full bloom.

This stay truly exceeded all expectations. As foreigners visiting Citadines Baoding for the first time, the overall experience couldn’t have been better — it was absolutely top-notch 👍. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and genuine hospitality. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The hotel also provides a complimentary fruit platter, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. The room is well equipped with a capsule coffee machine, and there is even a washing machine inside the room, making the stay especially convenient for families and longer visits. Another major highlight is the room layout. In addition to the bedroom, there is a separate small living area. This design is a big plus — my husband can watch TV or work in the living space without disturbing my rest, which greatly enhances comfort and privacy. Overall, whether it was the attention to detail at the front desk, the comfort and quality of the accommodation, or the excellent food and beverage service, this hotel truly delivered on all fronts. It’s absolutely an ideal choice for business or families traveling with children, and we would highly recommend Citadines to anyone visiting Baoding.

優點地理位置不錯， 斜對面惠友商場， 餐廳選擇多。 出門是公交站， 距雄安之眼坐車直達。 後院有個停車場， 自駕很友好。 大堂提供水果和雪糕。 但缺點有些致命， 房間設施和處理問題， 停留在賓館品質。 服務意識需要加強， 應該都不到培訓是什麼。 2026年了， 二百以內房間不能信任了。

Folksy, warm, accommodating and helpful staff. They are genuinely nice people. Hotel is located close to the Baoding East train station. Very convenient for travelers. Their rates are very affordable. All in all, a very good stay for me.
