Premier Inn Bangor (Northern Ireland)

Hotel and staff was really great! We went for a family visit in town, so this was perfect for us. The bed was a bit small and the shower is one with a bath and with a fixed shower head, which we don't prefer, but it was honestly really fine for the week.

The beds were.so comfy. Room was immaculate withe everything you need. All.the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Especially MIki who gave us great tips and advice and made us very welcome and remembered we had been to show. Would highly recommend

We are used to staying at Premier Inn Hotels but have to say that this hotel in Bangor was exceptional for service and welcome. Well done!

Clean, comfy and lovely staff, especially Jen who had a brilliant sense of humour and brightened our mornings, especially breakfast! Nothing was too much trouble, she was very efficient. Thanks Jen Good location for public transport, 4 minute walk to train and bus station. Negatives? Rooms too hot, I know the issue with the windows and security but allowing a slight opening would enable fresh air into the room.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms well presented and very clean. Check-in was quick and easy, as the cooked breakfast set me and my group of 20+ people. No complaints from anyone.

We’re finally home from our long road trip, this was the perfect base of operations for us and everyone was amazing, I’m terrible with names I believe Jane was just an utter superstar! She truly went above and beyond to help us whenever we needed, I believe there’s also Hannah who was such a laugh, and the breakfast chef who’s name as escaped me I was able to nerd out with which was great. We normally try use premier inns for accessibility reasons, they’re normally pretty good, but this one in particular was just outstanding. The room was a brilliant size, comfortable double bed, long low bath tub, probably could have done with a slip mat for it but otherwise great with good stable handrails. Our room was just down the hall from reception and the main breakfast/dining space which my husband could get around in his mobility scooter, I also unfortunately suffer with nut allergies so I’d get separated cutlery from the others, my breakfast was also cooked specifically for me with clean utensils etc. I’ve not had that at other premier inns or anywhere else really, they truly went above and beyond. Overall we would both happily come here again, the hotel was very busy but everyone always had time to help us and we really had fun. Hopefully next time we’ll try not come on a bank holiday because we didn’t realise. The hotel as well is situated right next to a beautiful garden for walking through and is also close enough to the town centre and beach front that you could easily just spend a day in Bangor and enjoy yourself. We live locally but called in for a cup of coffee on a Sunday morning. Susie looked after us as soon as we walked in the door and made us feel very welcome, what a star, we will certainly be back again soon, thanks again Susie!!! She also explained all the great offers available which was an added bonus!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The room was spotless, the water was hot, the tea was free. But there was too much noise coming from leaking air-con / next door bathroom (not sure which). The receptionist was very helpful and allocated a different room, this was slightly better , but there was loud noise from adjacent bathroom coming though air vents. Sound proofing should be improved.

Spotless Hotel. Staff friendly and very helpful. Room spacious, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was great. Great location
