No hot water in the whole hotel. Asked for atleast a immersion heater or hot water in a bucket. The staff not able to give the same.

Olive BTM layout is simple and neat hotel. It has serene ambience and cozy stay. Having all basic amenities. Compares to other hotels. This is superior and value for money.

It was good enough. Clean and tidy, the room was also too big. The only bad was the reception let was wait fot 10min, otherwise everything was good, and most importantly everything was nearby so instead of eating in hotel you can go to many places of your choices to have food.

Hotel is nice and location is perfect. There are fee issue like toom is cleaned after 3pm and ac sometimes stop working

Staff is supportive, clean rooms. Bad experience:
they provided stained towel and charged money at the time of checkout.
