Water pressure in shower low pressure flow..
Air conditioning not cooling even you put thermostat @ 15 room temperature remains @ 23.5-24 minimum..
Shower drain blockage means house keeping don’t check it regularly or at least once a week..

The dishes are really good. Hospitality is also very good. Chef Rahim is really good. Definitely go to place for an awesome Nawabi experience in Bangalore. Mutton biriyani is go to food i can say. Ambiance is very relaxing . I ll definitely visit next time .

Room experience wasn't that great as we had to move rooms because of faulty ac.. But service and people are very nice and kind and helpful....food is amazing. The buffet lunch spread is vast and incorporates variety of cuisines. The RCL experience was nice too. Though the range of snacks can be looked into.

Excellent stay at Leela with family. Had memorable dinner at Lotus. It was all thanks to hospitality shown to us from Avishek. The spa service was one of the highlights of the stay thanks to Khumi, Achila and Kimi for one of the most relaxing spa sessions we’ve had.

Exeptional! Get pampered by the excellent Hospitality and Amazing food at the Leela Bharatiya City. Special mention to Aradhya who took care of us the whole time and also Mr Yadav, Shubham, Khalak who made our stay very pleasant and memorable. Would definitely come back and recommend the experience here.
