Grand Mercure Bangalore is tucked in a beautiful location, Kora***gala offering a great amalgamation of leisure and business hotels. Stayed in this property for two nights with family - my heart goes out to the entire team of the hotel but specifically who stood out are, Ms. Akansha and Mr. Mohnish from the Front Office department, Mr. Rahul from the Housekeeping department (he prepared the guestroom beautifully with his tower art), Mr. Sujith from the in-room dining time and lastly Chef Vikas and his tremendous team of culinary and food & beverage together. Thank you to all and looking forward to staying again soon!

The ambience is great. The amenities provided are wonderful. Looking forward to more such stays for my future Bangalore visits. The staffs at the reception, special shout to Deepshikha, Anirudha and Akanshya for their courteous behaviour.

It was a really nice stay here and we even used spa. We were greeted and given a room by Pradyu***. Overall it was a great experience.

This was my first experience of getting a spa treatment and it was a complete joy.Durki was my masseuse and she absolutely made the experience beyond enjoyable,she was sure to explain every step of the massage and was an absolute pleasure to spend 90 mins of pampering!!!I appreciate the staff communicating with me.HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

The staff is very friendly and tries to anticipate your wishes. The food is very good and there is a very large selection. The hotel is very clean, but if you look in detail, there are a few small things, for example the climate control only works on and off and doesn't increase to different levels, or the wardrobe doors could be better aligned, or something similar... but the positive impression still outweighs the negative.

I have had a lot of massages but no-one has ever found every single thing wrong with my body and worked in them all.Bestvmassage I have ever had thank you so much we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.durki was very intuitive and my massage was one of the best massage.

I booked a package,deobari was absolutely amazing.i expressed to her some pain I was feeling in my back and she completely relieved it it was the best in my life.They also had a nice selection of skincare for purchase.If you want to take your relaxation to another level ,try this spa!!!!!!

Had a relaxing spa treatment today and we are blown away by the hospitality of the team they make you feel warm and comfortable.The massage surely is extremely good and therupatic, Thanks to the whole grand Mercure family for setting the bar on wellness .10/10
