Baru nyoba pertama kalinya sich. Check in lebih awal kena charge 15rb. Masuk capsule nya lumayan sich, tp colokan hp nya udah longgar, bisanya yg slow aja, yg fast udah rusak colokannya. Utk shower room, wastafel, dan toiletnya kotor, harusnya lebih sering dibersihkan krn lebih banyak yg menggunakan. Di kamar mandinya hanya tersedia sabun, tdk ada shampoo, tp tdk disediakan tempat buat naruh perlengkapan mandi kita. Jd bingung, mana sempit bgt kamar mandinya. Kl saya sich ga bakal balik lagi ya.

พอไปถึงโรงแรมก็รู้สึกธรรมดา เพราะได้ราคาโปรโมชั่น คุ้มราคา สมราคา ไม่ต้องคาดหวังอะไรเลย อิอิ.. แต่กลับกลายเป็นว่าทําเลที่ตั้งดีมาก ถ้าคุณไปทางซ้ายของโรงแรมคุณสามารถเล่นบรากา & ถ้าคุณไปทางขวาของโรงแรมคุณสามารถเล่นที่เล่งกงได้ และตอนอาหารเช้าก็พบว่าโรงแรมครบครัน.. มีตู้อินโดมี่ด้วย 😅

เคยมาพักที่โรงแรมสุกาไดหลายครั้งกับครอบครัวจําไม่ได้ว่ามากี่ครั้งแต่มันเยอะมากเราเคยชอบห้องพักบริการและอาหารก็ยอดเยี่ยมด้วย! และครั้งนี้ผมและครอบครัวได้กลับมาเยือนบันดุงและตัดสินใจที่จะพักที่โรงแรมแห่งนี้ในฐานะแขกที่มาพักซ้ําเราคาดหวังกับการบริการ & ความสามารถ เท่าที่เราเคยสัมผัสมา แต่น่าเสียดายที่การมาเยือนครั้งนี้ทําให้ผิดหวังอย่างแท้จริง, ห้องแรกที่เราเข้าไปสกปรกมาก, เศษผมจากแขกก่อนหน้าเยอะมากทุกที่ในห้องน้ํา, ห้องไม่มีแม้กระทั่งแปรงสีฟันใดๆ , ผมโทรไปถามพนักงานแล้วพวกเขาก็บอกว่าไม่มีแปรงสีฟันให้, แต่แล้วพนักงานทําความสะอาดที่เดินผ่านห้องเราบอกว่ามีให้แล้วเขาก็ให้แปรงสีฟันมาให้(?) ห้องแรกที่เราเข้าไปไม่มีตู้เสื้อผ้าหรือไม้แขวนอะไรให้ด้วยซ้ํา? ! แล้วผมก็ขอย้ายห้องไปอีกห้องนึง, เป็นเตียง twin และต้องดัดแปลงเป็น kingsize, ไม่ได้ว่า, มันดีกว่าห้องแรกที่เราได้, แต่แล้วยัง, ห้องเก่ามาก และไม่ค่อยสะอาด, เนื่องจากตอนนี้เรากังวลมากเกี่ยวกับการระบาด covid 19 และคาดหวังว่าทางโรงแรมจะทําการเช็คสองครั้งเรื่องความสะอาดของห้องพัก? ดี.. wifi แย่มากด้วย เราไม่สามารถมีสัญญาณภายในห้องได้ด้วย สุดยอด เสียอารมณ์! และที่แย่ที่สุดคือห้องเรา (ผมจอง 2 ห้อง 1 คืนเท่านั้น) ทั้ง 2 ห้องไม่มีน้ําร้อน (ไม่ทํางาน) วิศวกรมาที่ห้องแล้วบอกว่าใช้เวลาน้ําร้อนออกมา ดี.. ฉันรอเกือบ 20 นาที มันยังไม่ออกมาเหรอ พนักงานพูดขอโทษและบอกเราโดยพื้นฐานเหมือน”มันคือสิ่งที่มันคือ1ของมันก็เหมือนนั้น2” อยู่แล้วตอนนี้ผมไม่สามารถคาดหวังอะไรมากกว่านี้/แม้กระทั่งคาดหวังอะไรจากโรงแรมนี้ ผิดหวังจริงๆ แค่คําชมและความเห็นที่ซื่อสัตย์จากผม&ครอบครัว และ 1 ขอชื่นชมเฉพาะพนักงานทําความสะอาดที่ผ่านแปรงสีฟันมาให้ผมและทําความสะอาดห้องที่สองของเรา ขอบคุณครับ

ผผู้เข้าพักหนึ่งในโรงแรม 5 ดาวที่ดีที่สุดในใจกลางเมืองบันดุง สถานที่นี้อยู่ในระยะที่สามารถเดินไปยังห้างสรรพสินค้า Paskal 23 ได้ เราจองไว้ 3 ห้อง ได้แก่ ห้องดีลักซ์ควีน (ไม่มีอ่างอาบน้ำ) ควีนแฟมิลี่ และคิงแฟมิลี่ ห้องสำหรับครอบครัวทุกห้องมีอ่างอาบน้ำ ขนาดของห้องกว้างขวางแม้กระทั่งห้องดีลักซ์ควีนไซส์ก็ตาม เช่นเดียวกับการจัดเตียงขนาดควีนไซส์ซึ่งสามารถรองรับครอบครัวที่มีเด็ก 2 คนได้อย่างดี ห้องสำหรับครอบครัวมีโซฟา 2 ตัว ซึ่งสะดวกสบายมากสำหรับครอบครัว ห้องพักทุกห้องจัดได้อย่างลงตัวและอยู่ชั้นเดียวกันโดยทีมสำรองห้องพัก วิวสวยมากโดยเฉพาะที่หันหน้าไปทางโพลและภูเขา วิวของครอบครัวคิงไม่ค่อยดีเท่าที่หันหน้าไปทางแม่น้ำสกปรก (วิวแม่น้ำควรจะดีในสถานที่ส่วนใหญ่ แต่น่าเสียดายที่ไม่ได้อยู่ในบันดุง ไม่ใช่ความผิดของโรงแรม)

โรงแรมมีช่องทาง WhatsApp ซึ่งไม่เพียงแต่ให้คำตอบมาตรฐานหรือแชทบอทเท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นมืออาชีพมาก รวดเร็วและตอบสนองเพื่อรองรับการเข้าพัก การเปลี่ยนแปลง/คำขอในนาทีสุดท้าย และข้อมูลห้องพัก ขอขอบคุณคุณราเนียและคุณฟาริสสำหรับความช่วยเหลือที่ดีและการตอบสนองที่รวดเร็ว โดยรวมแล้วการเข้าพักที่ดีและคุ้มค่า ขอบคุณ Hilton Bandung สำหรับการบริการและการต้อนรับที่เป็นเลิศ

HHKK123Intercontinental Dago Pakar Bandung is one of the most luxurious hotel in bandung that feature the best part Bandung at the north side of the city with the most fresh air close to the forest, golf course, various restaurants and definitely with great city view especially in the evening. Our visit this time is because special requests from my daughter to celebrate her late birthday after the school holiday. We visited this hotel early this year and she was impressed so much ans requested to visit back this time.
Our family always came back to this beautiful hotel almost every year due to its world class standard and exceptional hospitality from the front office, F&B, housekeeping and the guest relations.
The check in was super smooth, thanks to Mr. Wirianto Prowo, the FO manager who helped the process and he made sure the room was in good condition. The hotel really helped to fulfill our request for clean and quiet room as our daughter has bad skin allergy and light sleeper.
We stay in Kembang Villa, a very beautiful unit for family with kids. The unit is very spacious with a big jacuzzi inside the bathroom. It has a separate living room area and bedroom. At the back there is a large closet corridor with a medium size working desk. The room is pretty modern with updated power plug with normal USB and micro USB type C in couple of area next to bed as well as in living room. It has 2 smart TVs with complete channels.
We encountered a minor issue however the team showed fast and strong support to fix the issue and they continuously checked the guests to make sure we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Thanks to Mr. Erick and Mr. Evi for making our stay enjoyable.
As we bring our kid, this hotel provides various activities for kids such as a reasonable big kids club, cinema with playstation and nintendo for families time, bouncy castle with other activities and some pay per use activities such as horse riding, go-cart, rock climbing and game machines. The swimming pool is reasonably big and has great view. The gym is pretty good just the room a bit warm.
Last but not least is breakfast. One of the most complete breakfasts in the city. They rotated the menu everyday so you will not get bored. Today i tried some local dishes like rice cake with chicken curry and yesterday i ate the yellow rice with a lot of condiments. It also provides american style breakfast and some sushi. The chef is also able to make egg Benedict with good quality. I did not recall other hotels in bandung can make it. Special thanks to chef Entis who did extra miles to provide non spicy dishes during breakfast.
Overall, I highly recommend the hotel, and will come back again next holiday.

XXingThe location is ok. The staff are friendly and the service is good. The website says the room I stayed is 30 sq. Meter but the room itself is no more than 18. The room does come with a patio which is relatively big. There is a wall in the patio that blocks view (5th floor). The bath room is relatively small and no bathtub. I left the hotel around 7:30 in the morning to the nearest high speed train station by Grab and it took around 30 minutes. There is a safe in the room. The buffet breakfast is ok. The swimming pool is not big enough for laps. The chairs at the restaurant are too high and not comfortable.

การเชื่อมต่อปิดและไม่เหมือนโรงแรม 4 ดาวจริงๆ
และที่จอดรถ เข้าออกไม่ง่าย และพื้นที่มีจํากัด โดยเฉพาะช่วงไฮซีซั่น เมื่อคุณเข้าไปแล้วคุณจะไม่ออกไปเพราะไม่มีที่จอดรถเหลือ ฮ่าๆๆ..
โดยรวมแล้วเป็นโรงแรมที่ดีสําหรับการเข้าพัก

GGeeMyThe hotel is nice but quite old. The staff are very helpful & warm. However the cleanliness is very questionable. The room is ok but bathroom was not properly clean. There are stains in the tub & some of the equipment is not upgraded. But what I like most is the buffet. Indonesian authentic food which I love so much. The lobby also prepare welcome drinks & tit bits. I love it.
Don’t worry I will come back to this hotel & hopefully the management took special attention to the things I mentioned..

ผผู้เข้าพักโรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมือง แต่ติดถนนที่วุ่นวายมาก ถนนที่วุ่นวายจึงเป็นสาเหตุที่ระเบียงมีเสียงดังมาก คุยกันไม่ได้มีเสียงดังมาก ห้องพักมืดและเสียงดังมาก แต่ค่อนข้างสะอาด ความจริงที่ว่าสระว่ายน้ําเปิดแต่เช้าไม่ใช่ข้อดีที่มีเด็กกรีดร้อง อาหารเช้าก็โอเคไม่พิเศษมาก เครื่องปิ้งขนมปังเสริมไม่ใช่ความหรูหราที่ขาดไม่ได้ เวลารอแซนวิชปิ้งย่างนานมาก ส่วนที่เหลืออาหารจากเมนูก็ใช้ได้ ความเป็นมิตรที่แผนกต้อนรับขึ้นอยู่กับว่าใครอยู่ที่นั่น นอกจากนี้เรายังมีปัญหากับแสงที่ไม่ได้ออกไปในห้องนอน แต่ฉันไม่มีภาพลวงตาว่าสิ่งนี้ได้รับการแก้ไขแล้ว ครั้งต่อไปที่ฉันมาที่บันดุงฉันจะพิจารณาเยี่ยมชมโรงแรมนี้อีกครั้ง
