Bedsheet is dirty. Fridge is not cold. Wifi is not working. Tv channel is not working. Noisy, doesn’t have sound proof from Neighbours’ rooms. Live band only on Friday night. It’s trial run now. There is karaoke service at lobby rm10 for singing 3 songs.

second stay at this hotel. check in was smooth with the reception, no need for deposit. nice stay. weather was fine for beach day. continue with their clean pool. fast service from their room service when request for extra blanket. had dinner at the in house restaurant. service abit late but the food was great. breakfast spread was sufficient. but abit downside during check out as the staff was not paying attention when I was at the counter. I was contemplating whether need to ring the bell as i was standing just in front of her. another staff at the side noticed & take my keycard but no greeting whatsoever. tv was not working, wifi not so smooth but this was not really an issue as we were there for the beach.

The hotel has a good environment, close to the seaside, breakfast is variety and the staff is friendly

We came to desaru to enjoy golfing here. The hotel is a bit further than the golf course, i.e. about 20km away. This hotel is a bit remote. The room is average and parking space is ok too. There is no bell boy and you have to manage your own luggage. There is restaurant within resort, opened until 10.30pm. The bfast by the hotel is average. I would probably stay in other hotel next time.

Room is ok spacious and beautiful. balcony is dirty with dirt and sand. lamp at balcony not function. toilet is yellow between the tile and not so clean. Buffet Breakfast is so sad. Not many variety, finish food not top up, not worth seriously. are you sure you are the 4star hotel. Coming back? One time is enough
