Property is very outdated. Nothing like the pictures.
Carpets old. Peeled wallpaper. Small tv’s. Gives “Inn” or motel vibes.

Rooms are dated and need an upgrade. Shower area looked like something from 1980. Rest of room was ok

The bed was so comfortable and cozy. Bathrooms were clean. Front desk was very helpful. The restaurant in the lobby had great food. The valet guys were exceptional.

I loved how spacious the room was and they have a great Happy Hour menu with a show apparently every night, will be coming back

Major issues:,Cold shower. Room heater is not working according to the temperature set forth.
Did honor VIP perks with a room upgrade and reduced parking fee. But these are not as critical as having a quiet room, hot shower, and clean room.
Asked for a pair of indoor slippers and they agreed to provide but did not honor.
Service attitude was fine.
They placed more cloth hangers more than needed, which was fine. They gave you things you dont consider as priority and not giving you things that are essential.
Housekeeping did a great job cleaning.
Valet parking staff was fine when checking in.
They failed on one of three most critical requirements, not acceptable. Thats why its getting one star.
They could have earned a five star had they not missed this important element.
This hotel was priced very low compared to its competitors and i knew something was up and would go wrong, and bingo. As expected, thing did go wrong. Would be too naive to think it would go smoothly.

We stayed overnight to attend a concert at the CFF Bank arena. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. We are dinner in the lounge, which was fantastic. Room was clean, neat, bedding was top notch. We will be staying again! Treasure of a hotel!
