The lobby is impressive and we were welcomed after a long journey with snacks and beverages. The rooms are large and bathroom has modern amenities. There is a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, table tennis and pool tables, and extremely large fitness area. The staff was overwhelmingly kind and pleasant!

Rooms are spacious and clean however, beds are not comfortable. The lobby need some work looks old.

A wonderful place to be. Clean and just what I needed. I stayed at this place in November 2021. Very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Good food too. Nicely located to visit places of interest nearby.

Excellent hotel in good location .first the two ladies at front disk were very nice and very cooperative with visitors .they go extra mile to help the visitors.the price also of the hotel were excellent our stay were comfortable. The breakfast was good and two many varieties vwere there

This hotel was the highlight of our stay in Saudi Arabia. The hotel reception was very helpful and the rooms were large, comfortable, warm (as it was cold outside) and the breakfast was very good. We had terrible weather in Al Baha, so we enjoyed the indoor pool (which is only open to men). The pool area could have been cleaner - but this is our only complaint about the hotel. The bathroom was large and there was a lot of shelf space. The shower is good, but it is in a tub which does have a bit of minor leaking. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Definitely worth the stay.
