สัมผัสบรรยากาศและความผ่อนคลายของบาหลีได้ที่โรงแรม ทำเลที่ตั้งสะดวกไปห้างสรรพสินค้า ร้านอาหาร และบาร์ พนักงานเป็นกันเอง ห้องพักสะอาดเรียบร้อย ยกเว้นกลิ่นน้ำเล็กน้อย

เราย้ายไปบ้าน 3 หลัง บ้านหลังแรกเหม็นจนคนอาเจียน น้ำในห้องที่สองมีกลิ่นเหม็น ว่ากันว่าเกิดจากการตกแต่งห้องใหม่ เฉยๆ อย่างไรก็ตาม มีพนักงานคนหนึ่งแอบเข้าไปในห้องของเราและขโมยทุเรียนลูกใหญ่ที่ฉันซื้อมา ทัศนคติของแผนกต้อนรับแย่มาก แต่ Ctrip ก็จัดการกับมันอย่างจริงจังและฉันก็พอใจมาก! ซีทริปเยี่ยมมาก!

Overall: highly recommend for family travelers. Hotel is old but its still good . Staffs are very kind and helpful, one time I had issue with my grab order and the receptionist called to the restaurant and solved my problem . Also they fixes small tjings very quickly and their maintenance is good. Pool : we all loved pools , has 2 pools and many toys in it . Nice and big pools . Breakfast: we stayed for 4 days , breakfast was always different and delicious. For us food varieties were enough. Location: only 5 min from kuta beach 🏖️ , 8 min from beachwalk shopping mall. Its the best location. The road until beach is very smooth , even we can go there with stroller easily . Very good location

the hotel is very convenient with only 5 minutes walk to the beach. the pool is very cute where most of the rooms got pool views.

Just normal. I will not recommend for those honeymoon people. Just good for back packer. AC not working well.

Close to the beach

Moved from another hotel to this. This was a better location and better facilities. Room was nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was ok but not a huge selection. All the units are built around the 2 pools so it does get noisy with the number of families with kids at the pool. Another downside is that you scan a code for hotel service but may get told that they can’t help you as they are not around.

Good location, staff were friendly and even when the place flooded due to the rain, the staff just got on with helping the guests and making sure they were well looked after.

Lovely stay with nice service but water quality was not great - could smell and had saltiness? My families skin became red and had some rashes. Other hotels did not have this issue.

Room is not ready when we check in. Allocated a room for us without pool view and noisy. Request to change another room and need to wait until 7pm

Slow check in, no elevator, had to carry my luggage to the 3rd floor. Bad smell was coming from the toilet. Location is great. The reception offered a taxi to airport at 300K when I refused he went to 200K.
