Level of detail and attention to guest comfort was amazing making our stay for 6 nights incredibly memorable. Staff very friendly and attentive always going above and beyond. Need a place to completely unwind and be pampered this is the place.

O hotel é pequeno, intimista, e os funcionários acabam conhecendo os hóspedes pelo nome. Ficamos hospedados lá durante 3 dias e fomos muito bem recepcionadas por todos. Ter uma linda piscina privativa em casa villa, ainda mais em tamanho grande, agradou bastante! O hotel é bonito, mas precisa de muitos pontos críticos de manutenção. Como fica localizado em uma floresta de Jimbaran, acaba tendo a presença indesejável de insetos. O café da manhã é servido à lá carte e é muito simples…

Stayed 6 nights in Villa 17. I will attempt to clarify previous reviews and answer what I found missing when I booked. The resort is definitely in need of updating/fixing though this didn’t take away from the charm. The villa was kept exceptionally clean by the always friendly staff and looks exactly as the website photos. The jungle view is breathtaking and the villa is huge. The stairs between the living and pool/bedroom areas are quite steep and may be problematic for some.The bathroom is large and the water pressure fantastic. There is also a small bedroom on the 1st floor with an additional toilet and shower. The beds are extremely comfortable. Breakfast is the same boring menu every day- eggs to your liking, 1 piece of toast, with the tiniest piece of bacon, small slice of cooked tomatoes and a tiny piece of something potato. Also comes with mini croissant and a small danish each, a small plate of fruit, juice (not freshly squeezed, from a carton) and tea or coffee. There also 5 Indonesian dishes offered. The restaurant food is ok, nothing special stood out.The biggest issue we found was the distance to town/ Jimbaran beaches.Its not that far away but the road is too dangerous/busy to walk. Its also a very steep uphill walk back to the resort. Gojek cost appox. AUD $4 plus parking fee at night. There is a good supermarket ( Pepito) just around the corner from the resort we found had everything we needed. Pro’s- very private villas, exceptional view, clean, full kitchen, chilled water cooler in villa, villa lap pool, wonderful staff. Con’s- 82 steep stairs to get to the villa, breakfast menu, tv channels available.

Where to start from the moment you check in nothing is to hard, if you want to feel like you the only people there you can, accomodation was just lovely staff were even lovelier, Douglas you can be proud of everyone working there for you, from restaurant, house keeping, gardeners and spa staff all very good and friendly if we come to Bali again we will be sure to return. Thank you again

靜謐舒適 真想改機票 多待一陣

Okay..staffs are trying their best. The villa are getting old and since it is considered as generous space in villa, maintaining it a challenge to them I reckoned. One night all villas were totally out of water (shower/tap/toilet etc), it was a tough night to go through

位於金巴蘭地區，周遭都是高級飯店/酒店，充滿峇里島風的設計，擁有私人泳池，讓你一整天待在酒店都不無聊，前往金巴蘭海灘、庫塔海灘都很近，CP值、性價比非常高，酒店員工非常的友善且熱心助人，住宿期間有任何疑難雜症，都微笑以待非常專業，絕對會再訪的酒店。

馬桶沖水稍差，環境極佳

就是位置比較偏僻，其它都好。

Great service from the staff, from the front desk to the wait staff in the restaurant. Breakfasts were good, but some of the room service items were not so great, so I wouldn’t eat anything there other than in the morning. The private pools are excellent and a really great amenity to have, and there’s a larger pool near the dining area which is fantastic as well. Be warned, the pool deck gets extremely hot due to the Balinese sun and dark paint colors on the deck. Overall a great stay, just wish that some of the food had been up to a higher standard.

跟朋友一起六個人住一套別墅在一塊玩很是不錯 環境不錯設施有點久但是不影響 還有泳池 早飯不錯

Location close to the airport and near to the beach. Large room, well maintanance and really recomended for family gathering. Breakfast is good with friendly staff.

친절하고 프라이빗 한 점이 너무 좋았어요♡

Villa condition very poor. We have 2 family & booked a 4 brm villa. When check in, rooms was very hot like sauna as facing west sun (sunset). Requested for addnl fan, switched on aircon expecting room to be cool when we return from dinner but room was still hot. In addnl, found out that the toilet flush system was not working properly as water keep on flowing out. Called maintenance but after half an hour they left saying that it is ok but within mins of the staff leaving, water again started flowing but it was already midnight and were too tired to call them again. Could not sleep the whole night as can hear water flowing and the fan was noisy. Next day informed staff to rectify these problems & aircon was slightly better. Tap in bathroom was tight and needed strength to turn, bathtub cracked all over. Wooden floor planks in front of room broken/cracked. Only plus point is the big living room and size of villas otherwise it's not worth the value paid. Kitchen sink in living room black and old. On 2nd day, found numerous insects on the sofa chair. Seriously need substantial upgrade/renovation as villa very old, not pictures in website when making booking does not justify.
