Been staying here 4 times already.
My choice when I want to be near Beachwalk mall and have a flight from DPS airport next day.
Always clean, comfortable and complete amenities.

It is supposed to be a 4 star hotel but it is below expectation. The internet was not working during my first night here. Had a con call to attend but was suggested to take it at the lobby which is very loud or swimming pool which has lots of mosquitos. End up need to postpone the meeting.
Room has safe box which i unable to use, when called the technician never come.
Breakfast selection is very limited for indonesian standard. In addition it is not suitable for muslim as it has pork and bacon in breakfast.
The only good thing is that it is near kuta walk. But we ended up travelling around the entire day and should have stayed elsewhere.
Will never book in this hotel again

Overall experience was ok. AC was leaking water. It took them 45 mins to fix it and clean up everything which wasted our time. The AC should have been fixed before they give us the room.

We stayed a the Barong years ago before the renovation and stayed again just a few weeks ago. It looks nicely renovated although I thought the rooms needed a refresh and a bit of a touch up. The bathroom especially as there was water leakage coming from the shower into the main bathroom floor. Pluming was good, air-conditioning was great, lovely balcony. The pool would have looked more inviting at night if the lights were on. For some reason they never turned on the pool lights or around the pool area in the evening. The breakfast was great! Absolutely lovely with a wide arrangements of foods to choose from. The coffee was not so good though. It was weak and even when you asked for a strong one...they would just make you a weak coffee again. The reception were very helpful and did everything for you.

All of the staff are amazing, great service, very friendly. Great breakfast, different food each of the 4 days I was there. Pool is clean too.

The room was clean and their staff was super welcoming. Location is great - 5 minute walk to the beach.
There's many great restaurants and local warongs also within a 5 minute walk.
Beds were comfortable, room was quite large and the air-conditioning was cold!

Large well appointed room. Great location- 10 minute walk to Kuta beach, many drinking holes & restaurants close by. Kuta party street is 5 minute walk. Good swimming pool to relax. Good and helpful staff that are a credit to the hotel.
