Betutu Bali Villas

Located down a laneway off one of the main thoroughfares through Ubud. The bstaff were friendly and helpful. I stayed in a delux double with balcony overlooking the pool and the under developed land behind. Total peace and quiet inside the room at night and step out on to the balcony and it's mostly frogs and crickets. My room was spacious, modern looking and tastefully fitted out. The large bed had clean linens and provided a comfortable sleep. Shelving and hanging space for your clothes. The aircon, fridge and TV all worked fine though the only english channel was the BBC. Power points beside the bed if you unplugged the side lamp. Lighting was very good. Blackout curtains. Kettle etc provided as well as two very small complimentary water provided daily. The bathroom had a segregated shower with shower curtain and excellent hot water and pressure. The balcony had a table and two chairs as well as clothes drying rack. Breakfast was very good. Choice of a main from the menu with coffee/juice complemented by a yummy green banana crepe and mixed fruits. The pool not small not large with sun loungers but looked well maintained. Overall, having done my online research and booked months in advance I was more than happy with my choice a room allocation. Centrally located, quiet, more than happy to stay here again if I ever return to Ubud.

Arrived at midday and met Gede along with the cleaning ladies. Everyone was very lovely and informative on how the villa operates. There is a book provided with hints and tips as well as recommendations on the local eats, activities and spas. There is even an option to get a chef in to cook for you. I recommend reading the book as it’s helpful and informative. Villa was a nice size for our party of 6. We stayed in the master and had no complaints. The bed was big and comfy and air con worked well. There was a bookshelf as well as access to safe and iron/ironing board. The second and third rooms were set in a different building to the master and each had their own walk in bathroom with more than adequate facilities and air con. Villa Betut is close to many eateries including retro, the three monkeys and the wicked parrot as well as many massage/day spas and a few roadside shops. There is a very handy local popular supermarket (large). The beach is easily accessible and everything is within walking distance. If you aren’t into walking far and want to travel out it’s only a short 100 or so metres to the main road to catch a bluebird which is extremely convenient. Everything was perfect we had a great stay and recommend the villa highly. TIP: if you have kids that you might be a bit overprotective of (aka me) be mindful the back gate is attached to a parking lot with bikes starting up at all hours with the staff of the hotel behind talking and laughing quite loudly. I was concerned that the gate is short enough to pop over and I didn’t want to lock my 8 and 10 year old girls into their room in case of emergency and I also didn’t want to have them lock themselves in and not get out in case of emergency so for our 5 day stay my husband and I slept separately and it did put a bit of a downer on us. But that was a decision we made the villa was still perfect just the same.

Made a booking in this 4-star htel for 3 nights for a special 'black friday' price. Got a confirmation from Betutu Bali Villas and paid via *********** in advance. One day later the hotel send me another message, saying they're fully booked and offered me, to accommodate me in their 'neighbour company' close by. All neighbor accommodations are guesthouses and homestays, none of them is 4-star. So I guess they're fishing for guests with a dumping price and on arrival they accommodate you in a cheap homestay. Be careful to book this hotel and don't pay in advance, otherwise your stay in Ubud could be a very disappointing one, cause you've booked a 4-star hotel and may end in a low budget homestay. Now I'm waiting for a refund and book my stay in a hotel, that is more reliable.

Located 2-3 minute walk from Ubud’s great restaurants and shopping! Exceptionally clean with beautiful gardens, trees, plants, and flowers. My room had a balcony with beautiful views of pool, greens and sunsets! The room is well decorated and amazingly clean. Crisp and clean bed linens, pillows, and comforter. There was even a flat bedsheet under the comforter, which is something you don’t normally get in Bali. Bathroom was clean with strong shower water pressure, and of course hot water. The Aircon/AC was cold and quiet too! lots and lots of storage space inside the room, which makes it great for short and long-term stays. As for the owners and staff…WOW! the friendliest and sweetest I’ve ever met! makes all their guests feel at home and like family. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. WiFi was the fastest I’ve had around Bali. Very fast downloads and uploads. I highly recommend this place and will definitely go back and stay for days and weeks even.

Nos alojamos 5 noches en este hotel. La ubicación no puede ser mejor, en una paralela a una de las calles principales en la que están todos los servicios: supermercados, locales de masajes, tiendas con souvenirs y productos locales, el monkey forest, warungs, famosos locales de hostelería como el Pison, L’ostería, Suka Expresso… puedes ir andando fácilmente a todos ellos. Además, si vas a coger el transfer a las islas Gili hay una parada justo enfrente a la salida del callejón donde se encuentra, y el market de Ubud está a tan solo unos 20 mins andando. Podemos decir que estás en pleno centro de Ubud, pero con toda la tranquilidad que puedas imaginar, ya que en el hotel sólo se escucha la caída del agua de la cascada que hay en la piscina. La habitación es normal, pero por el precio que pagas está muy bien. Por poner una pega, el wc olía un poco mal y parecía que no lo habían limpiado a fondo en mucho tiempo. Tampoco nos volvieron a poner toalla de manos desde el día que la dejamos para que la lavasen. Tienen servicio de alquiler de motos.

hotel trés bien placé , peu cher , petit déjeuner très bien , attention l'hôtel a vieilli et les infrastructures mériteraient une bonne rénovation , les propros demandent à être payé en cash , la piscine n'est pas nette en terme de propreté ..... MOYEN A BIEN COMPTE TENU DU PRIX

Las habitaciones que dan a la piscina son muy buenas, con terraza y acceso a la piscina. Buen desayuno en un ambiente acogedor. Tiene bastante limpieza. Alquilan motos y recuerden, si se estrellan pagan ustedes ya que no usan seguros de ningún tipo.

Gustó · La amabilidad de sus empleados. Llegamos a Ubud con mi esposa estando mala del estomago y se preocuparon en prepararnos la habitación lo antes posible para poder descansar. Se preocuparon por dejarnos fruta para que pudiera comer algo y agua todos los días. El wifi funciona bien y la piscina es espectacular. Un detallazo que tengan un restaurante en su interior con comida muy buena y barata y un lugar de masajes en la misma puerta. No gustó · El desayuno. Muy escaso y repetitivo. La ubicación, los coches entran muy justos en esa calle y es difícil su acceso si vas con muchas maletas como era nuestro caso.
