This is an amazing place to stay. From the minute you arrive you are treated like royalty. We stayed for 1 week in a standard room in the main building with a view over the sea and a spacious balcony. The room was extremely comfortable with a large, high-quality bed. The dinner buffet was to die for. Last day the hotel gave us the chance to stay till the departure time which was at 18:00. Thank you so much for your kindness!!!

The hotel complex is quite large and beautiful, very well run from the management with a wide selection of buildings and rooms. The food is excellent, everybody wil find an option for himself. What really made our stay amazing was the staff, so welcoming, so friendly, so efficient. Especially the animation team. Demsys is super, super....Demsy you are the best animator in the world. We will definitely be back

Great hotel and even better staff. Really enjoyable stay, service and food was so tasty. The hotelis located in the middle of the island so you will be able to explore the cities Rethymno and Heraklion. Attention on the tickets, they should be booked in advance. The room was spacious, very clean, the bathroom was also big, clean. The dinnerwas fantastic and very romantic. The staff is excellent and theylare ready to assist you with a smile. When we arrived there was a slight problem with the shower which was dealt with immediately Congratulations to all of you for the hard work and your effort to make our stay one to remember.

This is the best service, location and food I have every experience. So lucky I made the choice to stay here for a week. All the facilities are clean, and the staff are really friendly. he hostess system helped us a lot in planning different experiences everyday

We travel a lot all over the world. Atali is a place where we go twice a year, April and September. It is one of the most hospitable hotels we know. The team is exceptional, attentive, competent, professional. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable with an amazing view of the sea and the mountain. The food is excellent, rich in products. The restaurant offers varied menus. The location is ideal for reaching the best places in Crete. It really is the ideal place to stay in Crete! Congratulations to the whole team who runs this hotel masterfully! Thank you all

It was a wonderful stay, the rooms were clean, the food was excellent and the staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was well furnished and comfortable. From our balcony we admire the panoramic sea view. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy their vacation.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted to the best hospitality. The views were amazing. What sets this hotel apart from others is every single staff member from the reception team, waiters, cleaners literally everybody provides service to the highest standard and go above and beyond to make your stay the best as possible. The meals in the main restaurant are delicious and has a lot of variety to choose from. The french animation offers loads of activities to take part in. The best animation team ever... especially Demsy who is a leader. Will definitely be returning to this hotel as everything is done to a high standard and the customer service is exceptional.

Second time in 2023 at Atali Grand Resort, a super friendly hotel for everybody!!! The weather was amazing, about 30 degrees!!! Staff marvellous, food delicious, rooms comfortable and clean, animation team and especially Demsy the best ever!!!!

If you are ready for a perfect. vacation getaway, this is the place to be! Great resort, friendly for couples, families with children. You can enjoy several activities inside the hotel such as tennis court, basketball, amphitheater, spa, water park. Two restaurants. Very professional staff, delicious food, endless beaches nearby, shops, restaurants just 800 meters from the highway that allows you to go directly to the most popular destinations. Definitely worth a visit
