I really enjoyed my stay at Apsor Palace Hotel. It’s in a very convenient location, just a short distance from the Royal Palace and nearby shopping. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. A comfortable and pleasant experience overall.

I recently stayed at LN Residence hotel for 7 nights I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely attentive. The front desk team greeted me with warm smiles and went above and beyond to make my check-in smooth, even upgrading my room when they learned it was a special occasion. Throughout my stay, every single employee I interacted with — from housekeeping to the concierge and restaurant staff — was professional, friendly, and eager to help. The receptionist Pralh Sombath was really helpful and was there when we needed help most The manager was really helpful as well and overall staff is just very welcoming . What truly stood out was how personal and thoughtful the service felt. When I mentioned I needed some local recommendations, the concierge not only gave excellent suggestions but also arranged reservations and even printed out a customized map for me. Housekeeping left the room spotless every day with lovely little touches like towel art and fresh flowers. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for them. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect. But what made this stay truly memorable was the warm, caring service. It felt like they truly wanted me to have the best experience possible. I will definitely be returning and have already recommended LN Residence Hotel to several friends and family. If you’re looking for a hotel with outstanding, kind, and helpful service, look no further!

On this trip I upgraded to one of their apartments and that made my week even more comfortable.. Very spacious, bath, 2 showers 2 toilets, 2 good aircon units and a small balcony overlooking Wat Botum pagoda. A good family sized fridge freezer meant my drinks, milk meats and cheeses were cold. Basic utensils but top tip, bring a normal cutlery knife. Located on 4th floor, I woas treated to a spooky but spectacular lightning show without the rumble of thunder. Stood on balcony and had a fantastic view. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfasts still very good, simple but plenty. However going 'self-catering' allowed me to get my cornflakes and ice cold milk in the morning. Cannot beat that! Next visit will see me booking an apartment only. So so convenient. Again, Le Botum was a superb location for me. Go to street 172. Plenty of expats....some characters too...and a 24hr supermarket called 'Smile' and you will. So much British stuff, it could have been anywhere in the UK. Book Le Botum. You won't be disappointed.

2 adults stayed for 7 nights january 2026. Enjoyed our one bedroom apartment. Staff is very friendly and speaks english. Gym was spacious and not too busy with clean and new equipment. Rooftop pool and bar had fantastic view on the city. Bar serves basic cocktails and drinks for everyone. Pool was cold but there was small section with heated water like a jazzuzi but without bubbles. Reception 24h open. Staff very attentive we gad clogged bathroom drain and they cleaned within few hours while we were away. Also we got additional pan, pot and knive for cooking and hanger rack to hang our washed clothes. By the entrance there is small shop were we purchased water daily and in few minutes walk there is convenience store and coffee shops. Location is great, quiet. Only there is rooster living somewhere around so you can hear him from time to time, but not a big issue. Also shower did not have seperate door or glass frim bathroom so it was complicated to take shower and not flood all bathroom. Cleaning was done daily with bedding changed, floors cleared and towels changed. Only cleaning ladies come at 9am and pound at the doors, we were woken up few times we had to put do not disturb sign, went out 10-12 am and put then please make up the room and cleaning ladied did not notice few days in a row our room was not cleaned then we saw cleaning lady and asked to clean and she did clean while we were in apartment. When you check in you have to leave 50$ deposit cash. Wiifii was working great and we could do video calls with no issues. TV had Netflix. :) Owerall we liked our stay and would choose this place again! :)

ฉันจำไม่ได้แล้วว่ามาพักที่นี่กี่ครั้งแล้ว ทุกครั้งที่มาพนมเปญ ฉันมักจะเลือกพักที่นี่เสมอ เพราะสะดวกดี พนักงานทุกคนใจดีและพูดภาษาจีนได้ ต้องวางเงินมัดจำตอนเช็คอิน โดยปกติฉันจะจ่าย 100 หยวน ซึ่งจะได้รับคืนตอนเช็คเอาท์ มีปั๊มน้ำมันและร้านพิซซ่าอยู่ฝั่งตรงข้ามถนน คุณสามารถสั่งพิซซ่าได้ เดินไปประมาณสิบนาทีก็ถึงแล้ว สำหรับอาหารว่างตอนดึก สะดวกมาก

I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is safe, comfortable, and conveniently situated in the Riverside district. It has a good cost performance (i.e. price-to-quality ratio). Not everything is perfect, but the staff makes up for it, they are friendly and helpful (special shout-out to Nita who is fantastic, she is the nicest person and she helped me with all my requests). I originally booked a basic room until I found out a few days ahead the room had no window (I did not read the description carefully enough), so I upgraded for a “standard double room” with window. The first room I moved into did not have hot water. The hotel was not able to fix it, so eventually they moved me to another room where the hot water worked, which was great. The room did not have a chair and desk, but I asked the staff and they brought one. At some point, Nita helped me arrange a laundry load. It was done overnight and cost 3 dollars, so it seems the laundry is outsourced to a nearby business. At night, the street can be a little loud, there are many bars, KTVs and nightclubs located here. But it did not bother me, I could sleep through it easily. Many of the bars have hordes of pretty women who, beginning at dusk, sit outside and come ask you to drink with them. They get your attention by shouting “hello”, “come here”, “handsome” and “bong” (mister) as you are walking by. In any event, this did not bother me, I never actually felt harassed and could come and go the hotel as I pleased. The description mentioned the room would have a minibar, but my room didn’t have one. Probably I could have asked for it, but I realized I didn’t need one. One morning, there was a visit by the police, they were checking visas and passports from all foreign hotel guests. This was unexpected, but it went smoothly. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and would probably come here again. Not everything is perfect, but I give it 4.5 stars (4 stars for the price/quality/location plus an extra half-staff bonus for the staff, especially Nita).

การบริการถือว่าดีค่ะ มีพนักงานพูดภาษาจีนได้ด้วย แม้ว่าตอนแรกจะไม่สามารถเข้าใช้สระว่ายน้ำได้ แต่พอคุยกับพนักงานต้อนรับแล้วก็อนุญาตให้เข้าได้ในที่สุด ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก อยู่ติดกับห้างอิออน มอลล์ 1 ทำให้ช้อปปิ้งสะดวก เสียดายที่นี่เป็นโรงแรมแบบ serviced apartment ถ้าหากมีการจัดการแบบปิดจะดีกว่านี้ค่ะ ความสะอาดในห้องพักใช้ได้เลยค่ะ เพียงแต่มีปัญหาเรื่องการตกแต่งบางส่วนที่ทำความสะอาดไม่ถึง ใกล้กับใจกลาง BKK มีร้านอาหารอร่อยๆ เยอะเลยค่ะ แนะนำเลย

การพักที่โรงแรมนี้ดีที่สุด! จากทางเข้าจะเห็นว่าเป็นทางเลือกที่ดี โดยที่พนักงานจะต้อนรับคุณด้วยผ้าเย็นและกลิ่นหอมเพื่อเติมความสดชื่นเมื่อมาถึง และน้ำเย็นและหวานหนึ่งแก้ว (อาจจะเป็นน้ำมะนาว?) อร่อยจริงๆ ห้องพักกว้างขวางและสะอาด สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกดี ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม และวิวจากสระว่ายน้ำบนดาดฟ้าก็น่าทึ่งเช่นกัน! จะมาพักที่นี่อย่างแน่นอนเมื่อกลับไปกัมพูชา อาหารก็ดีจริงๆและมีราคาดีด้วย

เป็นที่พักที่ดีมาก มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครันสำหรับการเข้าพักที่สะดวกสบาย แต่ทำเลที่ตั้งค่อนข้างไม่สะดวกสำหรับเรา และเจ้าของก็พูดจาไม่ค่อยสุภาพทางโทรศัพท์ เนื่องจากเราหลงทางและโทรไปหาตอนดึกมากแล้ว
