We stayed here in sr jungle resort as a family of 4 and it was a very pleasant experience. Right from the welcome drink to the electric shuttle which took us to our rooms, the staff behaviour was very polite and helpful. We booked the luxury cottage, which has been dubbed here as garden view rooms. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Room service was also quick, no complaints on that side. They have separate zones (buildings) for every purpose i. E. Bachelors, family, single moms, large groups etc. Pools are well maintained and clean. Only point to mention is that the cost of food is quite high, which can be understandable as this is a tourist place and located on the hills. You would be given 2 complimentary foot massage coupons which you can redeem at the spa. However its a machine massage, if you want to get a manual massage then it costs rs. 999. If you want a great relieving massage for 30 minutes then you can try that. The staff are from northeast and are skilled in pressure point massage. Overall a great experience.

*overcharged room price. *very poor network connection inside the hotel, not even 3g signal properly getting. *worst part, the wifi. Extremely slow. *bath towels were very old. The white towels turned yellow. It's time to replace those with new one. *there were no intercom facility in room. So for any requirement every time you have to come down to reception. There were no food menu kept for to check out. Overall they charge premium price and doesn't give any basic needs!

We got early checkin, had a layover in coimbatore and they gave us the early checkin without charging a dime. Staff is very polite.

Instead of providing the standard requirements of a guest (e. G, 1. Only 1 bath towel was provided for the 2 booked. 2. Balcony door lock not working. 3. No stay facility for the accompanying driver. For each of the above we had to repeatedly ask them to provide.

It was a very pleasant and a comfortable stay in this hotel. I shall recommend to my friends who wish to visit coimbatore.
