โรงแรมพร้อมระเบียงในอองติบ

While everything was quite nice, somehow I don’t feel like raving about it. Maybe because compared with the experience, the price wasn’t good value. Lack of amenities. Lack of sense of hospitality. Also my room, although upgrade to a “junior suite?”, was north facing which was quite a bummer. I want the sun!

黑鑽合夥人會員 第一次差評 給一間“老錢”酒店 2萬多一晚的房間 連住5晚 有一半時間房間打掃不到位 兩天時間房間裏水杯收走沒有放新杯子 兩天時間房間裏沒有放水 問客房要水 送來的是收費水 每天外出回來累了餓了要喝水杯子沒有，水沒有 忍無可忍打電話投訴，客房經理來了廢話一堆，還跟你強調每天每人衹給一瓶免費水 收不收費都是小事，嘴臉、態度很噁心， 投訴以後，她説會跟副經理溝通，直到退房也沒有一個feedfack 另外，我讓酒店幫我訂一下酒店對面的餐廳，我沒有聯繫方式，幾個小時都沒有回覆，後來reception一個女服務員跟我説沒義務（not responsible）幫忙定酒店之外的餐廳 最氣憤的是，退房以後，經理把我們拉到一邊去約談，説游泳池停業了一天，因為在清洗、因為裏面有一坨屎，他們查了監控，在那個時間段衹有我們和另一個家庭，後來衹剩我們在那裡。衹要是個聽得懂英語的人就能明白這是對你懷疑和極度不尊重 對於這樣服務意識差到極限，不信任自己的顧客不尊重自己的顧客（也有可能是挑選性尊重）的酒店，千萬不要踩雷，堅決抵制。

The experience is amazing as they didn’t redecorated the exterior and it showed 3 stars even the trip.com showed 4 stars, once entering the room is amazing nice and modern and they even have a nice refrigerator to keep all your food in cold in the hot weather like this Aug and also the receptionist “ Susanna” is really so friendly and helpful makes my stay more pleasant! The buffet is amazing since usually French breakfast is really “ petit” but they have everything I like ( soy milk, salmon, eggs) I will definitely come back. The location is super convenient to go to sea side by 5 min walking!!!!

The location is perfect for Antibes I think; close to old town, short walk or taxi to the other side (Juan les Pins) and Eden Roc. The only thing is that you aren’t guaranteed a beach bed if you stay here, they seem to be booked out for days (or more) in advance and honestly, the staff at the beach club were all pretty rude/blase and didn’t care that we were staying at the hotel (almost like the two are separate, if they actually are, they shouldn’t sell it as a part of the hotel!).

酒店性價比還行，整體算是乾淨整潔，但是不能細看，這個酒店適合自駕遊的去，帶長者小孩的不太方便，門口有個坡。酒店電視可以投屏很適合兩人窩在酒店度假。酒店位置離昂蒂布市區有點距離，陽台有點臟，沒有開門出去過。衞生間花灑水流很大洗澡很舒服但是洗澡幅度大會流到地上很難幹。有小廚房吧枱，鍋碗瓢盆都有但是沒有調料，可以燒水做飯但是房間會有味道。

Perfect hotel with good location, close with beach, supermarket,restaurant  etc. Thanks so much, David, for providing a room with pool view . Breakfast is acceptable. You can enjoy your holiday in there.

The hotel appears recently renovated, and overall we had a comfortable stay. As a 4-star hotel, expectations are naturally a bit higher, and in many areas the hotel delivers. The room was spacious by European standards, very clean, and offered enough storage for our 5-day visit. The shower was particularly good. The air conditioning worked well, and we often used it as white noise, which helped on nights when there was some street noise from nearby bars and restaurants. It was noticeable at times, but not excessive. One drawback was the TV selection, which included only a few English-language news channels. For a multi-day stay, we would have appreciated a bit more variety. Our main concern was the breakfast service. On each morning of our stay—regardless of whether we arrived at 8:00, 8:30, 9:00, or even 10:00—several items such as bacon, cheese, ham, and pastries were empty and not replenished during our time there (typically around 30 minutes). When we asked staff, we were told that earlier groups had finished the items. While they eventually restocked some of the food upon request, it took about 15 minutes and required prompting. For a 4-star hotel, a more consistent and proactive approach to replenishing breakfast items would make a noticeable difference to the overall experience.

เรามาถึงโรงแรมและประทับใจครั้งแรกก็น่ารัก พนักงานต้อนรับเสนอให้นําทางเรารอบ ๆ โรงแรมซึ่งดีจนกระทั่งเราไปถึงห้อง เราได้รับแจ้งว่าระบบปรับอากาศไม่ทํางาน! เราได้รับแนะนําให้เปิดประตูระเบียงทั้งคืนและเสนอพัดลมบนโต๊ะ น่าเสียดายที่สิ่งนี้ทําให้เกิดการนอนหลับที่น่ากลัวสามคืน เนื่องจากห้องร้อนเกินไปเราทั้งคู่ไม่สามารถทําอะไรได้นานกว่า 2 ชั่วโมง โปรดทราบว่าโรงแรมเป็น 5 * ไม่ถูกและไม่มีการเสนอค่าชดเชย มีน้ําประปาหนึ่งขวดในห้องของเราซึ่งเติมเต็มทุกคืน แต่น่าเสียดายที่มันทําให้เราทั้งท้องเสีย ความทรงจําของโรงแรมแห่งนี้จะเกี่ยวข้องกับการนอนหลับที่ไม่ดีเสมอและส่งผลให้การเข้าพักที่ยอดเยี่ยมในโรงแรมอาร์ตเดโคอันเป็นสัญลักษณ์ น่าผิดหวังมาก!

All great except for weird reception working hours. Very inconvenient if you arrive between 12 and 3 pm - no chance to leave luggage in storage before check in.

Вид из окна на море чудесный. В номере есть все необходимое для проживания Вся техника работала исправно. Мы приезжаем сюда уже второй раз. И все нам нравится!Гости из России. Спасибо за такой отличный отдых.
