As a family that regularly stays in 4 and 5-star properties, our experience during a 3 night stay at this best of the best hotel in Seville was disappointing and left us feeling Hotel Alfonso XIII did not live up to the expectations as a top-tier, luxury hotel. The attitude of the on-duty staff that serviced us to deal with mistake made in their reservation system during check-in and other issues during our stay was snobby, and un-apologetic. It made the experience of our stay there unwelcoming and disappointing.

โรงแรมสะดวกสบายมากไม่หรูหรามากแต่การตกแต่งใหม่มีมนุษยธรรมมากพนักงานเสิร์ฟมีความกระตือรือร้นและตอบคำถามอย่างกระตือรือร้น อาหารเช้าพอใช้ได้ มีผลไม้เยอะ ที่เหลือเป็นอาหารตะวันตกธรรมดาๆ ทำเลที่ตั้งดี ภายใต้ Urban Umbrella คุณสามารถประหยัดเงินของ Urban Umbrella ได้โดยไปที่บาร์บนชั้นดาดฟ้า นอกจากนี้ยังมีร้านอาหารรอบๆ มากมาย นอกจากนี้ยังมีร้านอาหารจีนเมื่อคุณออกไปข้างนอกด้วยซึ่งดีมาก

Unbeatable location, and the first attraction is just around the corner. 6mins to Flamenco Theatre, 10mins to Macadona, 10mins to Cathedral, 20mins walk/10mins drive to Estacion / Playa De Espanol. Surrounded by tapas restaurants and bars, I would rather walk 6 minutes close to the cathedral to get more tasty food in those restaurants. Lift in the 5-floor building with a public terrace at the top floor. My dad loves staying there, enjoying the sunset. The apartment is newly refurbished in a modern way. Kitchenware and utensils are provided. Because of our late check-in, the sofa is not set up with bedding. This spacious apartment has no problem fitting four people; we two felt comfortable having our own space. The Wi-Fi is fast, but there is no reception in the bedroom. A long table has no problem being used for having meals and having all my studies put on the table. A coffee maker and kettles were provided, and the lady gave us more cups for our 4-day stay. The washing machine created loud noise, and the repairman fixed it the next day. We didnt complain about it, but there should be a hotel guy bringing the repairmen to come in. We felt a bit unsafe letting two men to come into our room. All those things I mentioned could be easily improved in no big deal. We really enjoyed our stay there. We want to come back next year.

หลังจากประสบการณ์เลวร้ายในโฮสเทลแห่งหนึ่งใกล้ๆ คุณจะสังเกตเห็นความแตกต่างเมื่อย้ายมาที่ ToC! พนักงานที่นี่สุดยอดมาก และตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ยอดเยี่ยม ติดกับอัลคาซาร์ และพนักงานต้อนรับก็เป็นมิตรมาก และไม่ลังเลเลยที่จะพยายามอย่างเต็มที่เพื่อทำให้ลูกค้าทุกคนพึงพอใจ ขอบคุณทุกคนสำหรับการเข้าพักที่ยอดเยี่ยมครั้งนี้ และทำให้ประสบการณ์ของฉันในเซบียาดีขึ้นมาก

The girl who checked me in is simply amazing - when I checked in It was change of shift - I would have appreciated it if they said its change of shift sir, please sit down, relax and once done we will call you ! However the lady who worked from 3 to 11 was really nice together with a young lad who helped bring me an iron and also gave me a towel that was hidden in the room. Given the Location and value for money its a good stay- air-con works perfect, quiet room and beautiful set up with room numbers hanging from the corridor ceilings ! Just two annoying things that bothered me - why dont they put the sink in the bathroom- there is a place for it between the shower and the toilet ! Sink in the bedroom isn’t great as water splash everywhere! Wifi is a nightmare - you have to register 10 times and still cuts you off when not in use as you have to log in all over again entering your room number and details. Thats it but everything else is good value for the money you pay

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลใจกลางเมืองเซบียา ตรงข้ามกับสถานกงสุลจีน พนักงานให้ความอบอุ่นและเป็นมิตร แผนกต้อนรับให้บริการรับฝากสัมภาระชั่วคราวอย่างใส่ใจ คุณจึงไม่ต้องลากกระเป๋าเดินทางไปมาเพื่อชมวิวเมืองอันงดงามหลังจากเช็คเอาท์ ห้องพักสะอาดและถูกสุขอนามัย แม้จะไม่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเล็กๆ น้อยๆ เช่น แปรงสีฟันและหวีให้บริการ แต่ผ้าเช็ดตัวที่มีกลิ่นหอมสดชื่น ไดร์เป่าผมกำลังแรง และเครื่องปรับอากาศที่เงียบสนิท ล้วนตอกย้ำคุณภาพของโรงแรม พื้นที่ส่วนกลางของโรงแรมที่โดดเด่นเป็นพิเศษนั้นโดดเด่นเป็นพิเศษ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นห้องครัวพร้อมอุปกรณ์ครบครันที่ให้บริการฟรี พื้นที่อ่านหนังสือที่อบอุ่นและกว้างขวาง และพื้นที่ส่วนกลางกลางแจ้งที่คุณสามารถผ่อนคลายและผ่อนคลายได้ แขกต่างชาติทุกคนที่ผมพบระหว่างการเข้าพักต่างยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส แสดงให้เห็นถึงความสุขและความเป็นอยู่ที่ดี

El apartamento está en pleno centro de Sevilla, a escasos metros de las Setas de la Plaza de la Encarnación, así que la ubicación es excelente. El apartamento tiene absolutamente de todo: menaje para la cocina, amenities en el baño, armario fuera de la habitación, planchero y plancha, toallas, edredón y dos almohadas por cada cama. La habitación dispone de un balcón pequeño que da la calle y aire acondicionado. El salón es amplio con televisión y un gran ventanal, totalmente insonorizado, muy luminoso que da a la Plaza del Cristo Burgos, desde donde se puede ver las Setas de la Encarnación. El baño era amplio y muy limpio todo. El apartamento es de lo mejor que me he alojado en Sevilla hasta hoy día. Luminoso, espacioso y justo frente a la parroquia de San Pedro. Y la ubicación? Inmejorable. Se encuentra en pleno centro de Sevilla, a escasos metros de la Encarnación (las setas). En general, no dudaría en alojarme de nuevo en estos apartamentos. Un fin de semana muy gratificante. La llegada automatizada quizás sea algo liosa. Pero hay dos grandes profesionales en recepción que te ayudarán en todo.

If you are a football fan just live at this hotel! As it locates nearby the home stadium of the Spanish football club Real Betis and fortunately I met some of the players as they lived at there before their home night game!! Hotel staff were very nice who were patient to answer your questions and suggest some tourist spots to you. Gym is quite small but overall was a good living experience

La habitación que me dieron estaba a pie de calle y no tenía persiana, si ponía la TV me veían desde fuera. Tampoco había nadie en recepción ya que la recepción está en otro edificio. La localización es muy buena ya que está muy céntrico.
