This is an absolutely beautiful boutique hotel with superlative service. If you like the typical hotel designs with false ceiling, random spot lights, brass hardware and short pile carpet, this is not for you. But if you appreciate quiet, subtle, tasteful and considered design, you won’t be disappointed. Every corner you turn, you will find a lovely piece of furniture, art piece or pleasant view of the outside. The room we had was spacious, relaxing and comes with a balcony. We didn’t even notice there was no tv until now. The building is flanked by a small tea field on one side and bamboo and trees on the other. The tea house is a serene spot for reading or sampling local teas. Service from the complimentary pick up (or drop off) car service to restaurant wait staff is top quality. Breakfast is Chinese style but very tasty with many local specialties. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant (where breakfast is also served) and it was fantastic. There is an onsite shop and a gallery with coveted offerings. Would love to return and spend more time here to detox.

The restaurants were exceptional, offering world-class cuisine, impeccable service, and an unforgettable dining experience. Every meal exceeded our expectations. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a truly extraordinary experience.

The property is so beautiful and comfortable. Every inch is a well designed aesthetic scene with tasteful decor and gardening outside (some bits left to be natural and wild, attracting butterflies) the team is super helpful and nice- always reachable and happy to help. The location is not as remote as one could wish, but this means you have easy access to some beautiful walks in the bamboo sea and the older towns. The cafe does get busy in the late mornings but early morning and evenings are incredibly peaceful. Coming back to the comfortable rooms and hot showers from a hike is a great feeling. A place truly run with so much passion and hard work! I will come back in the autumn or cold weather one day.

首先地理位置很好，也很好找，就在通過進票口一進景區的室外台階左手邊。離景區環湖小火車站非常近，比窯湖大酒店近多了。酒店下到湖邊不遠就是龍窯，旁邊有一家龍窯披薩現烤的，小孩很喜歡。客房很安靜，房間也很整潔，大床是那種帶帷幔的，小孩很喜歡，窗邊有榻，床墊、枕頭、被子都很舒適，不悶，小孩很喜歡。礦泉水送得多、還有啤酒、椰汁、可樂、果汁都是免費。管家梅梅非常細心，告訴我們重要的路線和精彩的節目以免錯過。而且早餐和窯湖大酒店是同款，但價格卻要親民許多，非常值得推薦。如果以後考慮地形因素增加一個送行李到酒店大堂就更完美了。

Great hotel, the facilities are good, swimming pool great, maybe they should consider opening the outdoor pools earlier than July, because the weather clearly hot enough with the constant 30 degrees and above in June too. The breakfast menu was good. The restaurant for lunch and dinner was ok, more expensive than normal Chinese restaurants. The massage was good. The children entertainment was not that great. The programs are expensive especially if you have more than one child. The rooms are good, comfortable beds. The surrounding areas are nice and clean.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights at the end of December, I initially booked the cheapest room on the lowest floor but was upgraded to the danggui tatami room on the 2nd floor. The room was beautiful and extremely comfortable with the window facing the central courtyard which gets full daytime sun in winter. The initial room I booked would have had the window and outdoor area facing the courtyard as well as the restaurant which should be noted if privacy and quiet is a priority for you. Additionally, the price is much better during off peak periods, around 4 times the price i booked when booked during the new year period onwards Each room comes with a tea set which is quite fitting for appreciating Yixing culture and the seperate wet area for the shower and toilet was very comfortable. However, the soundproofing for the overall building is a bit bad as you can hear when people are climbing up the stairs or if the restaurant is full and people are celebrating/drinking. The breakfast on the first day was a platter of side dishes with rice porridge which was quite nice and filling, while the second day was a bowl of noodles. Both were quite delicious but I would've appreciated more local cuisine featured like bamboo shoots and black rice but maybe it was off season. Overall, I am very happy with my stay, the location is very convenient for a 1 day trip to the 3 main clay museums and old district!
