Perfectly comfortable bed, we had a perfect night in this high-standard and very charming hotel. The ceiling is really high, and gives the room some really pleasant space. The spa is also very pleasant, quiet and relaxing. Highly recommended!

Located on a very quiet street next to the canal, we found this to be the ideal location for a short visit to Gent - just five minutes walk from the centre. We had booked a luxury view room, overlooking the street and loved the space. A huge room with chairs to relax in, plus a wonderful bath and shower. Breakfast was very good on two occasions; much less so on another. We were most impressed with Gina who seemed to be responsible for the two excellent experiences, when there was plenty of choice and everything was well stocked. On the day when Gina was not available, choices were disappointing with very little available. It was as if nothing had been replenished from the previous day - very strange! Overall, we loved our stay here with staff being very friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend if you prefer somewhere quiet and restful, but within easy reach of the busier centre.

ทําเลที่ตั้งดีมาก ออกจากสถานีแล้วเลี้ยวขวา 350 เมตร ห่างจากจุดชมวิวประมาณ 2.2 กิโลเมตร เดินช้าๆ ไปยังจุดชมวิว สัมผัสวิวถนนท้องถิ่นดีมาก ห่างจากโรงแรมประมาณ 450 มี ”ซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตตุนหวง” เมืองจีน คุณสามารถซื้ออาหารเอเชียได้มากมาย ก๋วยเตี๋ยวกึ่งสําเร็จรูปมากมาย ราคาของยุโรปถูกมาก สามารถตอบสนองรสนิยมเอเชียได้ โรงแรมสะอาด เงียบสงบ และสะดวกสบายมาก สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวของเกนต์นั้นสวยงามกว่าบรัสเซลส์ และการรักษาความปลอดภัยก็ปลอดภัยมาก การเดินบนถนนทําให้ผู้คนรู้สึกถึงบรรยากาศสบายๆ ของยุโรปจริงๆ (ไม่สบายเลยในปารีส)

It's one of the best hotels I've been to! It was my second time in Yalo and it's always a pleasure. If you go to Ghent this is the place to stay! The design is amazing and the staff is very helpful. The bedrooms are very different and with all the amenities you need to have an amazing stay, but better than that, they've turntables with Bluetooth so you can play your music. The rooftop is incredible ! Not to mention the bed... it seems like you're sleeping in a cloud!

Myself and my wife stayed here for just one night on a mini tour of Belgium. We wish we had stayed here the whole week and just driven to the other places we visited and returned in the evening. 1. The whole hotel was spotless. 2. The bed was so comfortable, we could have stayed in it all day as well, we slept like new born babies. 3. The whole room was very well laid out, with everything to meet our expectations of an exceptional hotel. 4. Every member of staff was so nice and polite. They made time for just general chat if wanted. They offered so much advice on what to do in the town. We were checked in by Frank, a really nice, well spoken man who spoke several languages and was so easy to understand. We also met a guy on reception, apologies for getting his name wrong, but I think he was called Woojer. The chef made sure everything was prepared as we wanted it, even the lady cleaning was lovely. I didn’t get to meet the owner/manager, but my wife did and she said he was so helpful. 5. The hotel has a spa, which you book for your own use, lock the door and it’s yours for an hour. You can even use it more than once a day, which is included in the fee paid. The hotel was only a year old but everything looked brand new. 6. It was only a few minutes slow walk into the main centre of town. I could go on about this lovely hotel, but everything was perfect. We can’t recommend this hotel highly enough, and for reference, we are genuine tourists and no connection to the hotel or staff, so everything said above is genuine. We will be returning here next year. Thanks to the team, you made our holiday, shame it was only 1 night.
