Hotel Riu Plaza Panama

Las alfombras en algunos pasillos tienen olor a humedad, el cable hdmi del televisor estaba dañado, los tv no son smart, el wifi no se puede conectar a todo tipo de dispositivos por el sistema de ingreso con usuario y se pueden encontrar cosas dañadas en la habitación como lámparas o almohadas.

Service: The customer service was very good! All the individuals were very warm and courteous, especially the staff at the kitchen in the mornings. Breakfast : The breakfast was very good. There were many items to choose from. They also tried to switch up the different food items/options daily. Location: The hotel is a little distant from the Tocumen airport, maybe about 20-30 minutes drive. The hotel is right beside a KFC. There are a few restaurants and a bar nearby as well. Taxis are easy to get at the hotel. Depending on your destination, fare is from 5USD up. Casco Viejo is about 15 minutes away. Amenities: I didn’t really love the amenities. They were no toothbrush/toothpaste provided and other common things that I expected as it relates to amenities. Birthday: It was my spouse’s birthday and we went out and came back and saw that the hotel left a delicious slice of cake, fruits and a letter on our table for my spouse. THANK YOU!!!!😊😊😊😊😊 The hotel was clean. The lobby area is great for photos. The check in process was smooth. The pool has a bar and restaurant with reasonable prices! We enjoyed our stay 😊😊😊

Hôtel pratique avec un bon rapport qualité/prix. Les chambres sont spacieuses et il y a de bons restaurants et centres commerciaux à proximité. Point de chute idéal pour une arrivée au panama.

Floors had this weird odor, damp smell, like if all rugs were wet, even when inside the room. Room Sevice takes for eeeeeever... /shrug Helpful front desk. HUGE breakfast buffet and pretty good! Nice cocktails down in the Lobby/Lounge.

조식은 진짜 최고 거기다가 시설도 최고 왜 4성인지 이해가 안될정도이고 방도 괜찮아요 파나마 호텔중에 유일하게 욕조가 있는 호텔인것 같아요

Absolutely fantastic stay! I truly enjoyed Riu from the time I checked in till the time I checked out. I appreciate the staff and the quick convenience of check in process. Not only was the rooms absolutely spotless and clean but their were plenty of elevators to get to the rooms. I really enjoyed the pressed juice from the breakfast the most (absolutely fresh and excellent). The breakfast buffet was a nice feature to have at our time there, along with looking out to the pool(do wish the pool was a tad bit bigger). IT IS A MUST YOU TRY THE RESTAURANT TASTE AND THE BARTENDER DRINKS. Absolutely probably one of the best in the city! The meal at taste was exceptional and the prices are perfect (please don't change because I plan on coming back). From start to finish Riu made my birthday experience worthwhile in Panama. I honestly wouldn't have changed it for the world! Thank you for the housekeeping for always keeping our room clean and us being so trustworthy of leaving suitcase and clothes items out and it wasn't even moved an inch. The beds were some of the most comfiest sheets we slept on in a while and the bathroom was so big and spacious with DOUBLE sinks! We appreciate the friendliness and excitement in activities and guest that we saw everyday. If you are not staying at Riu then what are you doing?
