Very Good rooms, open view of greenery and beach. Very good breakfast. All staff members are extremely good in providing service. Rooms are clean and spacious. Clean pool, kids really had wonderfull time in the pool.

Think twice before booking this hotel, very worst experience. Unhelpful and rude staff. I had booked this hotel for three days stay, each and everytime when get into the hotel with my car security guy used to give very strange look asking do you have room booked. Building seems to be too old and stinging. Next part is there restaurant, I had opted breakfast and dinner package in goibibo, so each time when I go to have food their staff were responding as if they are giving something for charity from their home and also used to argue you have only 400 rupees limit for dinner. If you look at their menu, just one starter itself is 300, then how do you have complete dinner within 400??. Restaurant staff needs to be trained. At the last day of my check out due to some circumstances I requested for late check out and informed that I would pay for it, but the front office guy was very rude and said no rooms you need to check out. Later I re booked the room through goibibo again, he gave some different small room which was very pathetic. In total it was very bad to stay there. I just wasted one day room charges for just 4 hour extension. They have fake Google review demanding customers to do that. Very bad.

Great Place to Visit in Chandipur Good Quality Food and Cleanliness Moreover they are Pet Friendly My Dogs had a real good time The staff is courteous and helpful Always there to assist whenever required. One must visit Arpita Beach Resort!

Frankly speaking front desk manager and kitchen / breakfast incharge and serving team completely useless. Mean minded staff . The owner need to send the staff for training to a better environment. We had dinner , cook was really good The old security guard at the gate is busy in phone n chewing tobacco n was relentless to help when we enquired about the beach But was jolly well talking with maid without attending his phone reels. The restaurant people were hopeless but the cook was very good

The weather was nice so was the Beer, with the sun on our heads, seeing the sky beyond the sea a lonely Beach, and yes the Welcome Drinks. You will find it all in Balasore. Well, the sea beach is a little away from the stay. There is a shortcut available I found but I will recommend the long way always. & yes Balasore is Little smelly a Little, I must say (might be rotten Fish IDK), But if you Love nature you must visit every penny is worth it. Again Thank you for your warm welcome Arpita Beach Resort I will visit you again with my whole team...

Didn't Provide Blanket & Towels AC is very noisey & Loud which disturbs sleep Only best part is Food & bar. I can give them 5* for those both services

I had visited Arpita hotel, my experience was Too bad, room size too small, I am surprised online room image and physical room size too different, ....................................................….................,.........😞

Over all very good with resturant and all staff behaviour ,food was excellent from wellcome drinks to breakfast to dinner , but swiming pool is not clean, water was very dirty and unhygenic . pl issue manual menu card on table in place of digital menu card .

The experience was excellent..the management was no doubt excellent also..in the complimentary breakfast fruit juice must be added which will give more attraction..and will also add flavour to the guest..we r hoping to come here again.
