Restaurant is a disaster, the whole menu needs to be reviewed, the terrasse needs to be re-thought as well as the restaurant. People are marvelous (kind, helpful, smiling) It's a pitty they don't have a better tool.

as for a Canadian citizen, I have appreciated the coffee maker and refridgerator inside the room, just as it is in most of the hotels/motels back home.

Personnel très agréable mais hôtel pas digne d'un bestwestern. Les chambres et l'établissement en général mériteraient une belle rénovation. La terrasse donnant sur le parc municipal est d'une tristesse absolue et l'accès à l'hôtel n'est pas digne d'une clientèle de curistes, plusieurs paliers d'escaliers à monter et à descendre pour atteindre la réception.

Nous sommes venus à Balaruc pour visiter la lagune de Thau et voir Escale à Sète. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel qui est un peu éloigné de Sète pour le calme. Nous n'avons pas été déçu. Le personnel est très acceuillant, les chambres sont très confortables et très bien entretenues. De plus, les menus du restaurant sont excellents. Nous y reviendrons.

Personnel très accueillant, souriante et très agréables. Nuit agréable calme et propre, je regrette de ne pas connaître la marque du produit douche (distributeur) et d'avoir du thé et tisane de bas de game. Tout comme le petit déjeuner à 15€, pas du tout digne d'un 3 étoiles. Jus d'orange industriels et infâme. La charcuterie, les confitures la salade de fruits très industrielles.... Très déçu par ce repas. Le cadre côté parc est très sympa mais de l'autre côté le vis à vis entourée de barres d'immeuble ne fait pas rêver. Nous sommes arrivés à 20h et plus de place pour se garer, heureusement il y a des places plus loin. Bien pour une halte... Mais je n'y passe pas un séjour.
