ความสะอาดเป็นสิ่งที่ดี สถานที่ค่อนข้างแคบ สะดวกมาก ไม่เลว

ธรรมดา แต่โดยรวมแล้วก็ไม่เลว ทีวีเก่ามาก แทบไม่มีช่องเลย ไม่มี USB ด้วย และบัตรสัมผัสของฉันหยุดทำงานหลังเที่ยงคืนและไม่มีใครที่แผนกต้อนรับ

เป็นโรงแรมที่แย่ที่สุด ไม่เคยฟังโทรศัพท์เลย และแผนกต้อนรับก็ไม่มีคนเลยด้วยซ้ำ อย่าแม้แต่จะมาพักที่นี่ เพราะพวกเขาจะไม่ให้ความบันเทิงกับคุณ

明明可以早check in 早两小时。多10分钟走来问你要不要早chek in ,pukima bangala cakap ,kalau u mau awal sikit masuk bayar dia Rm20....kalau tak mau tunggu sampai pukul 2....aku tunggu lah........hanya tunggu satu jam lebih saja......

I understood the non refundable policy however the hotel never reached out to me by call. Only trip.com passed on all the information. The contact number on trip.com was for Izumi Jalan Alor KL, not this specific De Era Hotel. Hence, quite inconvenience for me to call the hotel for late check in. The room not soundproofing can hear other room conversation. The reception not so friendly, pushing for early check out. Overall, clean room and clean bathroom. Good water pressure. Air condition worked just fine. But unstable TV channel connection.

Acceptable location! Get a grab taxi you'll get there quite fast. Hotel staff was unhappy 🤣 but what needed to be done were all done its was alright. Just clean enough for a budget stay. Basic amenities. My shower was working. Towels provided. Some room lights couldnt work. But it was alright for a budget stay. Rooms are more spacious than most other budget stays of the same price.

Clean and very convenient

Everything was good only the toilet is very dirty . Please clean the toilet bowl , under the sink and the toilet wall .. full of moss

Quite traffic jam area, hard to find parking. The room cleanliness is not so well, can be improve.
