Hotel Amarabati

No soap or shampoo was provided. The swimming pool timing was odd. 12 to 2pm and 5pm to 9pm. One was suppose to get in hotel by 10:30pm. Why is there a in time like a hostel? no glasses was provided in the room, only an empty jug was given, yet while checking out, a staff called to ask if i have seen the glasses! rest was not bad, hotel was clean, staffs are good.

It's 10 min walking distance from sea beach. They have their own restaurant in hotel premises but very few food options are available so i never tried. Service is very poor.

Very bad service and food quality is very bad, brackfast is not sufficient and charge 600 its too high.

Most horrible hotel. Ac is not in working condition. Bathroom is fully occupied by cockroaches and other insects. Food quality is very poor and price is high. Room service was not done properly. Dont book this hotel.

The stay was good. The hotel is at a walkable distance from the beach. The hotel had its own restaurant, but one had to order in advance. The food quality was good, not too spicy or oily, suitably for both kids and aged family members. The staff was super helpful. They respond to calls promptly. The hotel room has appropriate amenities. However furniture inside the room, while sufficient, are separate non matching pieces. A small problem is there surrounding water in bakkhali, so bottled water is needed.

As i book this property on 13/04/2024. After visiting in this property the manager was not so friendly. Room was not so good pool was good but no sound system in pool so its nit giving as an enjoyable vibe. As well as they have time for swimming pool and after that the closed the pool but the also closed the park which is attached with pool.

All staff behaviour is so nice. Nice location. Food quality awesome. Nice place are swimming pool are so clean and safe

Room rents are overpriced in comparison with the similar kind of hotels nearby. Quality of food is not good and delay in food delivery is another matter of concern. They will charge extra 10% on food price if you order for room delivery, which is not acceptable at all. They will not allow you to go for a sea beach walk after 10 p. M. Complementary breakfast is on the order basis and they will not provide tae/coffee with your breakfast. Property rent is overpriced as per location and amenities. Swimming pool is the only item which is maintained in this hotel. Cleanliness is not maintained properly.
